Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense: 2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page. With a note to explain that the BSP stopped existing when it was merged into the CPGB in 1920, and the original author of the graphic can't be found. From what I remember, this graphic was traced from the front of a pamphlet, and maybe the original uploader has more details on when the pamphlet was dated.
