Hola estimado Alan. Me alegra verte de nuevo por acá. Espero que los problemas de salud hayan quedado atrás. Quería pedirte que revises los archivos subidos por Itaguiyacambio. Son varios y aparecen en otras páginas de internet, como aquí. El único archivo que parece no ser plagio es una foto subida en 2013. El resto, considero que deberían borrarse. Code issues in User:Alan/common.js

Hi Alan, I am a bored bot (this is kind of a computer program) that is watching the recent changes and tapping buttons like I did now.

Curious about the reason? Possibly not but I will tell you anyway:

1. You edited User:Alan/common.js. Glad to see you coding in javascript! Have you ever considered becoming a MediaWiki hacker?
2. Though, that change appears to introduce 1 new jshint issue — the page's status is now having warnings. Note that invalid or ambiguous code often has unwanted side effects like breaking other tools for you. If you cannot find out how to fix it, I suggest blanking the page for now.
3. To help you understanding where the issues are, I have aggregated a report here and now. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask users experienced in javascript writing for help. But do not ask the bot's operators (chronically overwrought) unless you suspect an error of mine. If you prefer not getting spammed by me, you can opt-out reports by adding {{ValidationOptOut|type=all}} to your user page or cmb-opt-out anywhere on your your global user page on Meta. I hope you don't mind, but I changed the redirect on the page(?) 'File:FedericoMompou.jpg' into 'Category:Frederic Mompou i Dencausse', the Spanish composer. Hippolyte Monpou was a Frenchman who has nothing to do with Frederic. I hope you don't mind. --Elgewen (talk) 22:46, 25 November 2014 (UTC)

Is this really allowed ?

Hi, Following this advice [1], I am contacting you. I noticed that a file File:Mao dalai lama-1955.jpg, previously deleted (Commons:Deletion requests/File:Mao dalai lama-1955.jpg) was uploaded again, but with { {PD-China} } and { {Not-PD-US-URAA} }. Is this allowed on commons ?

When seeing the history, I see that the { {Not-PD-US-URAA} } template was added upon restoration of the File:Mao dalai lama-1955.jpg : [2]. So, this must be possible for the 2 other files indicated above. --Rédacteur Tibet (talk) 17:12, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

@Discasto: Yo lo que hagan en eswiki sinceramente me da igual, no es un proyecto en el que me sienta a gusto debido a la forma de aplicar las políticas ni donde edite de forma habitual. Es más, yo llegué a Commons al ver que eswiki no iba conmigo. Así que no entro ni salgo con lo que pase allí.

Respecto al global lock, que yo sepa está reservado a problemas cross wiki y no a cosas que pasen en un proyecto concreto, para eso existen los bloqueos locales. No tengo tan claro que los stewards lo lleven adelante en base a las políticas vigentes. Cada uno que se preocupe de su casa y no de la de los vecinos.

Y respecto a lo de la RFA, vuelvo a insistir en que cada proyecto es una casa distinta y aquí fuiste un buen administrador. ¿que te llueva una carga de votos en contra organizados? Puede ser, pero dudo que sea de usuarios habituales de este proyecto.

He detectado algunos problemas. Por ejemplo File:WLM14ES - MUSEO PROVINCIAL DE TERUEL Interior 25052013 124536 00019 - .jpg está mal categorizado y, lo que es peor, con un código que no existe. Help

Hey Alan. Can you help me?

You left a notice on my discussion page advising that two of my photos have been deleted because they're not free.

The two photos were these:

• File:Home Brew, Homegrown festival, Wellington, 2012.jpg
• File:The Checks play at Homegrown festival in Wellington, NZ Feb 2012.jpeg

These are both my photos, originally uploaded to Flickr (here and here) where they have the Creative Commons Attribution-Share-Alike licence.

When I first received notice last week (from another user) that the photos were about to be deleted, I sent in the requested declaration of permission to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. But yet the images were still deleted. I have tried to upload them again, but Wikimedia won't let me do this as the photos have previous been deleted.

So what do I do now? Is it possible for me to upload these two photos? Do you have any advice?

I've restored the 2 images and changed description and the license to CC-BY-SA-2.0.

Hi Alan, I send the licenses "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International" for all pictures:

• File:Südtiroler Speck g.g.A. mit Gütesiegel.jpg
