Ahora lo veo, no sabía que hablabas español. No me habían contestado el mail, voy a probar enviarlo de nuevo con la plantilla que acabo de encontrar en Commons:OTRS. De todas formas si envié un mail lo correcto es contestarlo, no borrar como si no hubiera hecho nada. Es raro que hagan esto en Commons. Saludos. --RoRo (talk) 16:55, 1 February 2015 (UTC)

@RoRo: En OTRS se reciben miles de emails diarios por lo que existe una cola con retraso. Cuando un agente lo tramite y lo de por válido, la imagen será restaurada. Alan ^(talk) 22:26, 1 February 2015 (UTC)

¿Cuál es la política en Commons? Si hay retraso en la lectura de mails, las imágenes deberían permanecer hasta la lectura de los mismos, ¿no? No leí las reglas, estoy hablando por lógica. Me pareció ver que había alguna plantilla de "esperando confirmación..." o algo por el estilo. --RoRo (talk) 23:45, 1 February 2015 (UTC)

Se mantienen una semana, exactamente igual que con la que se ha aplicado a la foto y que curiosamente se ha mantenido 9 días. Pasado ese plazo se debe borrar hasta que el permiso sea confirmado y después se procede a restaurar o no dependiendo de la evaluación del permiso remitido. Alan ^(talk) 23:50, 1 February 2015 (UTC)

I think we better have this conversation in English. I have sent the mail the same day it was requested, curiously 9 days before the photo was deleted. I asked the owner of the photo if I could upload here with the appropiate license in a closed facebook group but in front of 4000 ex alumni. I suppose there are instances above you for making a decent request. I think it's a lose of time to talk directly to you. Thank you. --RoRo (talk) 09:42, 2 February 2015 (UTC)

@Discasto: No encuentro nada. O lo tiene bloqueado otro usuario o no existe. He buscado por el nombre de la foto, despacho, pmuleros, muleros, dolores, ... y no me da resultados relacionados. Curiosidad: Buscando por dolores, en la cola del spam puedes flipar con la cantidad de emails que entran diarios!!! ¿Sabemos desde que email lo han mandado o algo? --Alan ^(talk) 21:38, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

@Discasto: El ticket OTRS es bueno. Lo que aparece está cubierto por el FoP. No le veo problema alguno. Además no veo en el historial que fuera borrado por una DR. (mostrar/ocultar) 00:58 11 feb 2015 Fastily (Discusión | contribuciones | bloquear) borró la página «File:Iberdrola tower.jpg» (No permission since 3 February 2015: If you are the copyright holder/author and/or have authorization to publish the file, please email our OTRS team to get the file restored) (ver/restaurar) (global usage; delinker log). Or did I misinterpreted the case? Source http://www.dgt.es/es/seguridad-vial/educacion-vial/recursos-didacticos/personas-adultas/material-curricular/formacion-profesional/ is "No hay datos". You noticed some footnotes ("See footnotes") but the document has 278 pages with multiple images embedded with unclear copyright status. Where I could find these footnotes? Hmmm... Allowed is only the "reproduction" and I highly doubt that "Dirección General de Tráfico" (a Spanish instituition) owns copyright for images like (page 11 + 19 + 28 + 29 + 36 + 47 + 70) showing MAN trucks with German vehicle registration plate ("M" = Munich, btw, the headquarter of producer es:MAN SE) or page 39 with German vehicle registration plate "UL" (for es:Ulm) or page 53, showing an Australian road train or page 65, a MAN truck with German vehicle registration plate "LL" (for Landsberg am Lech = headquarter of Renner - Baustoffe) etc. Gunnex (talk) 10:18, 28 February 2015 (UTC)
