Hello, thanks for uploading sound files to Wikimedia Commons. However, performances of old works by composers such as Bach do not automatically enter the public domain just because their composer died a long time ago; their copyright is held by the performers of the works. In the cases of the sound files mentioned in the above two headings, you need evidence of written permission from Jayme Amatnecks to license the files appropriately for Wikimedia Commons. Prezados colegas da Wikipédia,

Uma década transcorreu desde o momento em que recebi uma suspensão por tempo indeterminado... uma década! Toda essa trajetória está documentada e acessível a qualquer um, seja um administrador experiente ou um recém-chegado. O propósito desta mensagem é expressar meu mais profundo arrependimento e pedir desculpas, as mais sinceras que já formulei a alguém.

Cometi equívocos, errei. Agi de maneira imatura. Meu comportamento foi danado, inadequado e perturbador, sem dúvida. Nenhuma palavra pode desfazer os erros do passado, os quais reconheço plenamente. O que passou, já passou; não faz mal, o passado é imutável. Embora esteja banido, mantenho-me em conformidade com as normas, sem evadir o bloqueio, e desejo retomar minhas contribuições construtivas ao projeto.

Àqueles que magoei, apresento minhas sinceras desculpas. Em relação a qualquer dano que tenha causado ao projeto, expresso meu desejo genuíno de recomeçar, de editar de maneira construtiva. Nos países de língua portuguesa, não há pena de prisão perpétua, e nenhum bloqueio deveria ser eterno. Por gentileza, considerem meu humilde pedido de reintegração. Suplico-lhes.

Caro Rui,

O episódio ao qual se refere deu-se há sete anos! Nem mesmo me recordava de sua ocorrência para expressar o meu sincero arrependimento por tê-lo protagonizado.

O que solicito aqui ao corpo administrativo da Wikipédia lusófona é bondade, compaixão, piedade, enfim clemência. É tudo o que peço, clamo, imploro, suplico. Desejo retornar ao projeto, desta vez para contribuir com edições construtivas. O episódio ao qual se referiu, volto a mencioná-lo, ocorreu numa época em que até IPs podiam editar, para que se tenha uma ideia... Sete anos!

Comprometo-me a não recriá-la. Como expus na minha defesa, quero contribuir construtivamente ao projeto. Peço então que reconsidere o seu posicionamento. Outrossim, aproveito o ensejo para solicitar que desbloqueiem minha DB, visto que a visibilidade das minhas manifestações pela Commons é prejudicada.
