Thanks for the notification. I am the copyright holder of that file (and of the other photos I took at the Order of the Garter Ceremony in 2006). At the time I uploaded it (2006) there was not a standardised format for indicating the file was one's own work, as there now is by using the upload wizard. I used the {{self|cc-by-sa-2.5}} licence tag to assert it was my own work as well as stating the source "taken by the author" and my real name as the author (as I preferred to be credited under that name rather than my Wikimedia username). This seemed to have been sufficient for the past five years. I have now changed the source information to {{Own}} to conform to current convention, and removed the {{Npd}} tag. I don't believe a separate email to OTRS is necessary. If you are still concerned you can google the author name listed on the File page to find an email address for me, and contact me that way.
