Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Unblock request declined This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Request reason: "Hi @Jeff G. and Hanooz: , I was traveling for a few days and now I have the opportunity to explain. First of all, I want to make it clear that Mardetanha is using admin access to harass me. This person has called me Suckpupet six times so far, and I have reminded him on a case-by-case basis that it is rude to repeat false claims, and I have asked him to provide evidence for his claim or to avoid repeating it to destroy my character. Even now, calling me suck master in the commons, despite six previous warnings (plus one complaint on the admins noticeboard and one protest explanation in fawiki vp), is a red line, and I complain about him abusing management access for personal purposes. If you look at my user page in Meta, you will notice that months ago I warned about the campaign of insulting and harassing Persian wiki administrators led by Mardetanha. He has a personal grudge against me because he allows his friends (including real life friends) to use the Persian Wikipedia environment to insult and humiliate his own critics, and I loudly objected. Even when the administrators of the Persian wiki decided to prevent this practice, he emailed them and wanted them to deal with only one side of the dispute (me) and ignore the personal attacks of the other side, this is exactly what happened! He mentions that I was shut down on the Persian wiki, but he does not mention that it happened exactly like this block by himself and for protesting the bullying and repeated insults of his friends. He promises in the Persian wiki that if you stop criticizing me and my friends, I will open your account, but at the same time he blocked me in the commons indefinitely and even deprived me of the possibility of editing the discussion page. After months of playing, I'm sure there is no honesty or compassion for the foundation projects in this user 's behavior and speech with me, a pure personal pony. I want a fair review of this case and I have evidence for all my professions." Decline reason: "Per comments below. thank you. I may not be very familiar with commons rules, but I do not think Mardetanha, who is very involved with me, is allowed to use his access in this case. As I said, there is a personal animosity towards me, otherwise why did he personally act instead of raising the issue on the noticeboard and waiting for a neutral admin to check? And why indefinite? As far as I know, useful users are never blocked forever without warning. Note that the same disaster happened to me in the Persian wiki and deprived me of editing in the native language wiki forever. • @Mardetanha: I'm not finding the personal attacks referenced in the block rationale. Could you please provide diffs so we can evaluate this request? This is the only comment critical of others that I see at all proximate to the block (and even then two weeks removed); if that is the edit at issue, I am hard pressed to see it deserving of an indefinite block. Yes, main diff is this, This sock master (which claims to have another account but all of sudden forgot its password and even can't retrieve it through his email )was given second chance to edit in fawiki, but he misused this window of opportunity to attacked many users , so he got himself an indef block on fawiki, after the block he brought the same attack to commons, using commons as an stage to attack fawiki, we have been dealing with him for couple of months for now. I think his tone is very clear and evident of what kind editor we are dealing with him, anyhow I have no issued him being unblocked on commons but if he continues such disruptive edits, he might get another indef blocks. • I'm totally okay with checkuser anytime, anywhere. Some very noteworthy points: When Behzad39 a real-world friend of Mardetanha, who lost his admin access to fawiki for violating users' privacy, called an old checkuser (Ladsgroup) a sponsor of MEK (a hated terrorist organization in Iran), I complained to noticeboard and it was here that Mardetanha personally lobbied and emailed the admins to save her friend. In connection with the link you provided, Mardetanha attached the suckpupet charge to user:^^Arsam and blocked him indefinitely with a direct command to Gnosis. User ^^Arsam had rollbacked the Mardetanha edit at the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence (وزارت اطلاعات) before it was blocked. I told Mardetanha on the Arsam talk page that naming suckpupet and blocking users without any evidence is not the right thing to do. He was unhappy, called me another suckpupet and tells a user with four months of life and more than 700 edits, because you know rollback tool, so you are definitely a suckpupet!(See) Eventually, he got stuck with the user and did not even review any of the 7 user unblock requests so far. Elsewhere, in justifying his behavior, he explicitly states, "Every wikipedian looks at newcomers with a suckpupet eye. From the point of view of a real wikipedian, everyone is a suckpupet except himself"[1]

Again, Mardetanha's use of admin access on me to indefinite block is a clear violation of the rules and illegal use of admin access in commons and also fawiki. It should be noted that this suspicion of users and their suckpupet claims depends on how much they criticize him, otherwise he will never recognize you as a suckpupet and block you until you have nothing to do with his performance, even now he has given me a conditional opportunity, open my account for not criticizing him and his friends, I reject that, I am subject to wiki policies not forceful and threatening deals.

I was inclined to unblock, indeed also per Mardetanha's comments above; however, IamMM may have shot themselves in the foot with the preceding comments. IamMM, you are blocked for personal attacks, and COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. Can you explain why you think accusing Mardetanha of collusion, canvassing, meatpupptry, corruption, etc. ("Mardetanha personally lobbied and emailed the admins to save her friend"; "their suckpupet claims depends on how much they criticize him"; etc.) is acceptable? How do you reconcile those claims with COM:AGF? Are you aware that blocks are for "behaviour that has the potential to damage Commons or disrupt its collegial atmosphere"? Dear @Elcobbola: I am human and have feeling, unfair behavior made me angry. There were many insults against me that were not addressed, for example, they called me "black-hearted" and "insidious" and repeatedly slandered me suckpupet, and finally blocked me indefinitely but did not say anything to the other side.

Anyway, I fully understand what you are saying and I know there is no acceptable justification for such an edit in the commons, I guarantee I will not make any personal attack on the commons and in case of violation, I accept all the consequences. In fact, the edit I was blocked for was done two weeks before I was blocked (February 5).

Whether I was right or not, the fawiki adventures are over for me and I have a great thirst for learning the rules of copyright and constructive participation in a peaceful and respectful commons environment, and I also have good friends here who always help me to be a better editor. I've unblocked you per "I fully understand what you are saying and I know there is no acceptable justification for such an edit in the commons, I guarantee I will not make any personal attack on the commons and in case of violation."
