Plans STAS

Bonjour. Apparemment ce n'est pas la première fois que tu fais ceci donc il faut que tu comprennes que les plans de la STAS ne sont pas libres de droit (voir mentions légales du site de la STAS qui interdit les utilisations commerciales... or toutes les images sur Commons doivent être totalement libres d'utilisation, même commerciale). D'autre part, dans les descriptions d'illustrations que tu charges, tu ne peux absolument pas te faire créditer comme auteur lorsque tu ne fais que charger une illustration que tu n'as pas créer toi-même. De même, il faut indiquer une source (site internet ou références de l'ouvrage scanné si c'est le cas) et non indiquer "travail personnel" puisque ce n'est pas le cas. Comprends-tu?
Pour des images comme celle-ci, il semble que tu aies fait du travail toi-même pour les lignes mais d'où provient le fond? Il ne me semble pas que tu l'aies créé toi-même et celui-ci doit a priori être soumis à des droits d'utilisation. En fait il s'avère que tu as repris le fond de carte de l'autre plan donc il y a un problème de droit aussi, désolé. Il s'agit donc d'une œuvre dérivée, ce qui est interdit dans ce cas-là. --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 11:52, 16 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Je comprends bien que je n'ai pas le droit de reprendre le plan OFFICIEL de la stas. Le plan que je proposais de mettre sur wikipédia est justement, un plan entièrement créé par moi-même, et dont le plan de la stas n'a servie en aucun cas à son élaboration du fait des erreurs sur le plan officiels. C'est pourquoi quand je met créé par moi même, j'ai créé, à partir de rien, ce plan et non pas reproduit le plan de la stas (pas le même rapport de réduction, pas la même orientation, aucun code graphique identique). Est-ce alors représenter une ligne de bus qui est alors copyrighté ? Mais en aucun cas je peux laisser dire QUE JE N'AI PAS CREE MOI MÊME CE PLAN, vu que c'est faux. Pour le fond, j'ai créé celui ci MOI Même. C'est d'ailleurs un fond complètement différent de celui du plan officiel de la stas car bcp plus grand, plus précis et plus récent.
Je ne comprends vraiment pas. Je ne veux pas mal faire, mais juste comprendre (pourquoi mourir idiot ?).
