Hey, unfortunately I will have to delete this photo as it is a derivative of the original sculpture created by Ron Arad and isn't in the public domain yet. Yonatan ^talk 15:52, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

You did create the photograph and you do own the copyrights of the photograph but unfortunately that doesn't trump the copyrights the original author's (or whoever he passed his rights on to) copyrights meaning that the image isn't actually free since people would need to get permission from Ron Arad's wife in order to use the photo. Unfortunately, Timur lenk is wrong. This is only true when the money is very old and therefore in the public domain due to its age and isn't copyrighted anymore. Yonatan ^talk 15:59, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

No problem. That section is talking about pictures of people in public places. You are allowed to take pictures of sculptures, art and architectural designs if they are in a public place in the UK. A public place means in the street but not in a museum or a government building. I gotta go now so I won't respond quickly to any messages you leave on my talk page.
