I am sorry' but I made those images. since my english is not so good, I didn't know what licens Ihave to put. I will aprishate if you'll take down the block and tell me wich licens I have to put if I don not want to save the copyriting to myself. Adam Adom 17:33, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

You can't appropriate logos from a company like Honda and others. Therefore these logos are not allowed on Commons. Regards, Yann 17:38, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

but you have deleted also ones tht didn't have logo on it (as: Kit_body_hjrusalem.jpg). an ouder thing is: there are costume Kits with logo on it (Custom football kit). so... wich licens I need to upload those picturs? Adam Adom 17:50, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

The Wikimedia Commons (this website) only hosts media files which can be used for any purpose, including:

• use in any work, regardless of content
• creation of derivative works
• commercial use
• free distribution

See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on the Wikimedia Commons. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on the Wikimedia Commons: "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.

Please make sure that you only upload works you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Wikimedia Commons does not accept fair use content. We do this because Commons is a shared media repository. Downstream wikis have different policies based on local laws. Uses that are acceptable under US law, for example, may not be acceptable in many other countries with more restrictive rules. In addition, fair use is not compatible with our aim as a collection of freely distributable media files. Therefore, Commons cannot legally rely on fair use provisions. Non-free content that may be used with reference to fair use may be uploaded locally if your project allows this.
