Yes it is both road and Persian garden but it's not a charbagh garden, which is a specific layout of Persian gardens where the garden is divided in four square parts. This avenue was named Chaharbagh because Shah Abbas the Great bought four vineyards to secure the right-of-way (read Iranica article). Auteuil-Passy (talk) 21:28, 20 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
