Hello.

What if the 120,000 estimate of the Nagorno-Karabakh is not accurate? What if the Armenian population is actually less than that? The Armenian government says that almost all Armenians left Nagorno-Karabakh, which was 100,400 on 30 September.

File:Flight from Nagorno-Karabakh.svg is a good map and when the situation becomes clear over the coming days or weeks, the estimated pre-flight population should be revised.

Hello.

Can you update this map? In the map, the refugees are shown as 90,000, whereas they surpassed 100,000 on 30 September 2023. The line should be at 100,000 on that day.

There was very little coverage on it but "everyone left" was fairly universal. I imagine a small number of eccentrics stayed, but few.

I am a bit skeptical about Radio Free Liberty, it's origins area as an overt propaganda station.

If Al Jazeera or TRT (Turkish state media] agree with those numbers i would trust them.

I actually wouldn't trust Al Jazeera in general in this one either they're coverage of this was not up to their usual standard, BUT their bias was strongly towards Azerbaijan whereas i world expect the USA to side with the Armenian side? (and i definitely wouldn't trust TRT, usually ok, but too close to this one)

But anything the differently biased sources agree on, is probably true.

https://www.sbs.com.au/news don't even know if they covered it, but if they did it would be trustable.

Hello.

You are right about TRT and Al Jazeera, and also about Radio Free Liberty. They are biased - in this case towards Azerbaijan - and are thus not partial and trustworthy. That almost the entire Armenian community, bar a few dozen, fled Nagorno-Karabakh, is what all the different news outlets have reported.
