Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Copyrighted images

Thank you for uploading File:Stark Icon Blue image-01.jpg and File:Stark Enterprises Logo.png.

It appears that these logos are trademarks of Stark Enterprises.

It is unclear if these logos are eligible for copyright. A copyright lawyer could tell you for sure, but my best guess is that they are not based on the examples of copyright-ineligible logos found in Commons:Threshold_of_originality#United States of America.

If these logos are NOT eligible for copyright, please add {{PD-ineligible}} right below == {{int:filedesc}} == in the file description page for each of these two files.

If the files ARE eligible for copyright, you have no authority to publish these works unless you own the copyright personally or you have the authority to speak for the organization or person who does. Because company logos which are eligible for copyright typically have the rights owned by the company, I and others will assume that you do not own those rights personally. If you as an individual are the copyright owner, please contact the Wikimedia Foundation using the Open-source Ticket Request System (OTRS). Likewise, if you do NOT own the copyrights personally, but you have the authority to speak for Stark Enterprises, please contact the Wikimedia Foundation using the OTRS system.

Otherwise, follow the instructions in Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion to request "speedy deletion" under category G7, "G7.
