You moved page Category:Dr. Ante Starčević Neighborhood to Category:Voltino

Hello Frank b26. I write in English so others can follow more easily. I noticed that you moved page Category:Dr. Ante Starčević Neighborhood to Category:Voltino. I know that citizens officially requested a name change from this neighborhood, but my latest information is from last year and it was not approved by the city authorities then. Well, although not official, Voltino is the name of the actual neighbourhood, while Dr. Ante Starčević is name of the mjesni odbor that happens to cover most of the neighbourhood. I think it is better for it to be named Voltino because it the commonly used name of the place, while Dr. Ante Starčević is name of the administrative unit that is not commonly mentioned.
