Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Tue immagini relative a Caltanissetta

Ciao, ho notato che hai caricato un generoso numero di immagini relative a Caltanissetta ma hai dimenticato di categorizzarle, così che sarà impossibile (o almeno molto molto difficile) che possano essere individuate da qualcuno ed essere riutilizzate, che è lo scpo che si prefigge Commons. Dovresti farmi la cortesia (te lo chiedo con cortesia ma è proprio necessario) di ripetere quello che sto facendo io con parte delle tue o non riuscirò mai a caricare le mie per la mole di lavoro sporco che c'è sempre qui in Commons. Prendi spunto come esempio da quello che ho modificato in File:Santo Stefano cattedrale di Caltanissetta.jpg, se non ti è chiaro qualcosa contattami pure.--Threecharlie (talk) 09:11, 24 June 2022 (UTC)

Eh, continui a caricare immagini senza categorizzarle, mi ci fai impazzire per il lavoro sporco; prima era una richiesta cortese, ora lo sai da un po', fallo e basta.--Threecharlie (talk) 19:34, 24 December 2022 (UTC)

Hai ragione,scusami,ho capito solo adesso come categorizzare le immagini, comincerò presto a categorizzare tutti quei file senza una categoria,mi dispiace che tu abbia dovuto fare tutto questo lavoro,ma avevo completamente dimenticato di farlo prima! Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. Please keep in mind that images and other files on Commons must be under a free license and should be useful to the Wikimedia projects. To allow others to use your files, some additional information must be given on the description page. Most importantly:

• Describe what it is about in a short sentence. (What does the image show?)
• State the author and the date of creation. If you made it yourself, say so explicitly. If it is from another Wikimedia user, link to the person's local user page. Best to use CommonsHelper.
• If you did not create the file yourself, state the source you got it from.
• Add a copyright tag - images without an appropriate license tag will be deleted.
• Add the image to one or more gallery pages and/or appropriate categories, so it can be found by others. To find out where an image belongs, you can use CommonsSense.

If you copied the file from another wiki, please copy all information given there and say who uploaded it to that wiki. Use CommonsHelper.

It is recommended to use Template:Information to put that information on the description page. Have a look at Template talk:Information for details of the use of this template.

You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file.
