SVG edit

Hello. I'm thinking of making a svg map the 'Reactions to Turkey's 2019 Rojava offensive' and wanted to know your opinion since you're the one editing the png file most. Would you mind moving over to a svg map? --Semsûrî (talk) 11:47, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Semsûrî: - Hi! I have no objection at all. The only reason I've kept it as such is because it's very fast and easy to edit, as the reactions have changed constantly. I'm really only waiting on if the US reaction changes at this point, due to Mr. Trump's recent tweets. If you'd like to handle it - go right ahead! Best regards, Goodposts (talk) 16:07, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
I've created File:Reactions to Turkey's 2019 Rojava offensive.svg and added it to the main page. Also, I've added New Zealand and changed the color of the UK since they've halted weapons export to Turkey. --Semsûrî (talk) 17:59, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Semsûrî: Great work! Just one idea - since there seems to be a consensus followed that countries taking part in declarations as part of a regional bloc should be colored in accordance to the entire declaration - as was done with the EU and Turkic Council, shouldn't we then color the entire arab league red? This, however, should exclude Somalia and Libya, as they voted against the declaration. Qatar should also be kept as support. Another interesting case is Hungary - it initally showed sympathy for Turkey and blocked the condemnation resolution, although later supported it. Now they attended the meeting of the Turkic council which supported the declaration. Perhaps neutral? Goodposts (talk) 18:10, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
I agree with Hungary and the Arab League countries, but do you want Somalia blue? --Semsûrî (talk) 18:18, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
No, no, not blue, as they haven't explicitly supported it. Just neutral. Thanks! Goodposts (talk) 18:40, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
