Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). editThere is no valid reason to completely replace a SVG file over a lossy, low-quality PNG one. If you think the logo itself has the wrong shading set up, you can manually edit the file using Inkscape. Otherwise, I'll be forced to undo your edits. Cheers. --Bankster (talk) 18:02, 6 August 2018 (UTC)
- There is no valid reason to completely replace a correct logo, even if it is a low-quality PNG, over an invented childish logo. If you think the logo has to be bigger in SVG format, you can manually edit the file using Inkscape to get a real logo, not fake. Otherwise, I'll be forced to undo your edits. Cheers. --Imag93 (talk) 14:54, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
- Actually, it is completely valid to replace it. If you want to upload the "correct" variant of those logos, do it separately on .png or even on .jpg, I don't care. However, if I once again see you replacing .svg files with crappy low quality .png upscales, you'll end up reported and blocked. Do yourself a favour and edit them in Inkscape. Cheers. --Bankster (talk) 22:52, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
- If you do not have anything better to do, all right, do it. You prefer to continue defending false logos with crappy shapes and colors instead of editing them yourself in Inkscape. I get it. If I am reported for removing these logos from view, I will take it as a compliment. After that, do yourself a favour and start doing things that are worthwhile. Cheers. --Imag93 (talk) 13:53, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
- There are no "false logos", use decent English please. I prefer to "defend" them since they were natively done on SVG rather than be upscaled from crappy JPG files. I'm going to continue reverting your edits, pesao. --Bankster (talk) 20:57, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
- Tranquilo, ya no voy a volver a cambiarlos. Ahí quedan y que les aprovechen. Y perdone por haber escrito "false" en vez de "fake", so gilipollas. Supongo que en español decente se me entenderá mejor. Cheers. --Imag93 (talk) 11:39, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
- Let me repeat Bankster's admonition as an official warning: Do not overwrite vector files with raster images. Feel free to either correct the vector version or upload the raster version as a new file. Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 06:57, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not going to do it. So these vector files as if they were made by a 5-year-old child will be the logos that remain. Start worrying about other users as dangerous as me: those who upload files with copyright, for example. It's an idea. Thank you. --Imag93 (talk) 11:39, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
You have been indefinitely blocked
editYou have been indefinitely blocked from editing Commons for the following reason: continuing to do the very thing you have been repeatedly requested not to do.
If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{unblock|(enter your reason here) ~~~~}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. See also the block log. For more information, see Appealing a block.

You seem to have been doing this for quite a while, ignoring other users requests, and now you’ve ignored an official warning. You now have two options:
- Take a short break, think through what we are asking you to not do, come back and calmly request an unblock with a firm promise to contribute positively and in a collegiate manner;
- Find a new hobby.

- @Green Giant: It seems that you don't have good reading comprehension. After that official warning I've said several times: "These fake logos will not be touched by me anymore", "these vector files will be the logos that remain", "it's all solved now and do not worry about me", or "let it be, it's over". I take this as a compliment but let's be rigorous. Take it easy. --Imag93 (talk) 10:10, 16 August 2018 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.162.47.73 (talk) 10:18, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
- Ok, find a new hobby it is then. Goodbye. Green Giant (talk) 12:42, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
