Bakhtiari and Lur

Hi, please change the Lur with Bakhtiari, in this picture, because this place is related to bakhtiari people, and bakhtiari people completely different with Lur people, that are lives in Luristan. also your sources are completely show that this territory is related to bakhtiari people, and I can't see any lur phrase in your sources that you attached on your map, so based on your sources, please change the lur phrase with bakhtiari. thanksAli.eblis1 (talk) 15:21, 12 January 2022 (UTC)

Hi, I added "Bakhtiari" phrase to the map.

Bakhtiari is a Lur tribe and Bakhtiari people speak the Bakhtiari dialect of the Luri language, so they cannot be considered different from Lur people. Iretn 847362 (talk) 10:30, 26 February 2023 (UTC)

The source for your maps

Hi. I took a look at maps that you have uploaded and understood that you have listed many sources (this map has 45) but it is not clear which of them is really the source. Have you combined the data you have found on different sources by yourself or all these sources have that map? I can see that one of your sources is from 1951 and another from 2019. Yes, I combine data from different sources to make maps. Also, I update outdated data from old sources using newer sources so that the information shown on the map is the most up-to-date. Iretn 847362 (talk) 17:30, 16 January 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for your answer. Although you have done a great job in drawing those maps, the information on them (for example, location of ethnic groups) seems useless because they are not reliable. Having outdated or wrong maps that have a specific source is much better than a map listing tens of sources and combining them together because they can be disputed. As a result, I will tag these maps with {{Inaccurate-map-disputed}} so that they do not confuse people looking for reliable information. HeminKurdistan (talk) 21:33, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
