Flag of Somalia

The purported construction sheet is from Флаги морские ГОСТ 8498-73 Издание официальное and not issued by the Somali government. I doubt it's reliable. SVG-image-maker (talk) 13:18, 24 July 2023 (UTC)

If that construction sheet isn't reliable, why does the wikipedia article on the flag of Somalia say "The flag of Somalia can be reproduced using the following construction plan" followed by a link to the construction sheet mentioning the 13/27 ratio between diameter of the star and height of the flag? Also, where is the most reliable source of the star size? I can quickly replace with any star size and keep the SVG code similarly concise but I just want to be confident that the new size is more reliable than the construction sheet that looks most reliable according to the Wikipedia article. If there is a more trustworthy construction sheet or instructions, it should replace the purportedly erroneous one in the Flag of Somalia article too. I checked the 2012 constitution for Somalia at http://hrlibrary.umn.edu/research/Somalia-Constitution2012.pdf and couldn't find any indication of star size. Joshi1983 (talk) 21:52, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
