Escudos y Banderas en Venezuela

@Bedivere:Buenas, los símbolos oficiales en Venezuela está en el Dominio Público según la ley en 1956 dice en inglés:(Proclaimed in extraordinary official gazette No. 25.227, December 10th, 1956), Chapter IV, Article 33, Ordinal 2nd, Venezuelan official symbols are public domain and they cannot be copyrighted by anyone. They can be copied and reproduced without any permission from the Venezuelan government or anyone else unless they are being copied or reproduced with foul intentions.) No me parece que esa plantilla esté correcta. Primero, el enlace no está disponible desde hace más de diez años. No obstante, la encontré aquí. Aquí he constatado que la plantilla es completamente incorrecta, primero, porque se trata de propiedad industrial (patentes, marcas) y el artículo en cuestión, 33, solo señala que aquellos símbolos no pueden registrarse como marcas, pero no que sean de dominio público. Disney shorts title cards

Hello, I saw that you've deleted the title cards of some Disney shorts of 1930s. In 2021 I've charged some title cards of shorts of 1940s, but I doubt they can stay here. The title cards in question are in Category:Disney animated films in the 1940s. Andrek02 (talk) 09:02, 2 June 2024 (UTC)

Hi @Andrek02. I think these are particularly troublesome. In some cases the background is very simple and they may be okay to keep, but some have more complex backgrounds (with textures) that can make it hard for them to be kept. @AbchyZa22 Solo aplica para aquellas que son suficientemente simples, como dos franjas, tres franjas de colores. No aplica por ejemplo para aquellas que tienen escudos, salvo que estén en el dominio público por otros motivos, como su antigüedad. Bedivere (talk) 17:44, 19 June 2024 (UTC)

No entiendo cuál es el problema. Los emblemas públicos puede o pueden no ser hechos por empleados públicos. Si no se puede acreditar fehacientemente tal situación, no están en el dominio público. Bedivere (talk) 23:28, 26 June 2024 (UTC)

No. De hecho el artículo hace referencia a la protección de "toda producción literaria, científica o artística susceptible de ser divulgada o publicada por cualquier medio o procedimiento", lo que incluye obras artísticas como son los escudos de armas y banderas. Ellos pueden sin embargo estar en el dominio público por otros motivos, como su simpleza o por estar comprendidos en el artículo 325 de la ley de empleados públicos que se menciona en {{PD-Venezuela}} Bedivere (talk) 23:41, 27 June 2024 (UTC)

"La producción intelectual generada bajo relación de trabajo en el sector público, o financiada a través de fondos públicos que origine derechos de propiedad intelectual, se considerará del dominio público, manteniéndose los derechos al reconocimiento público del autor o autora." Una obra de arte como los escudos es una producción intelectual. Hay que entender ese artículo en relación con los anteriores del capítulo. Se entienden como invenciones y mejoras "obras del intelecto". Sin duda que una obra artística es obra del intelecto, obra intelectual. Bedivere (talk) 08:07, 28 June 2024 (UTC)

(Nota:Ese escudo y bandera fue diseñada por el Cronista Municipal, según las leyes en Venezuela los cronistas municipales fueron designado por el Concejo Municipal.) No es lo mismo. Si encuentras una fuente que indique expresamente quién (una persona) elaboró el escudo, y si esta se encontraba empleada o financiada por el estado, si se puede subir. Bedivere (talk) 11:42, 28 June 2024 (UTC)

Eliminado de una imagen

Hola @Bedivere, edito y patrullo regularmente en la Wikipedia en español pero desconozco los procedimientos que regulan Commons, mis disculpas de antemano si utilicé mal las plantillas y solicitudes de borrado. Me gustaría saber si es posible que eliminen el archivo [[File:Luprecia01.jpg]], ya que fue subido por un usuario bloqueado por vandalismo en la es-Wiki y además pertenece a una menor de edad.
