Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

@EugeneZelenko: Looking in the Official webpage of the goverment institution (https://www.xunta.gal/aviso-legal-do-portal-da-xunta), the content of this portal can be reused within two conditions:

   Queda prohibida en calquera circunstancia a desnaturalización do contido da información.(It is forbiden to unnaturalized the content under any cirunstances)
   O usuario queda obrigado a citar a fonte dos documentos obxecto da reutilización. (The user should cite the source of the document that is going to be reused)

Official symbols like hymns are often exempted from copyrights. See relevant law. Anyway, you could not claim authorship over other people works and put arbitrary license on them. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:50, 18 January 2018 (UTC)

@EugeneZelenko: That was my error, I didn't update the license because I did not know what to put. I will comunicate with the official goverment to know the license of the hymn and the possible uses. --Lathir (talk) 11:07, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

Probably answer is on copyrights law of Spain unless Galicia has own copyrights laws/regulations. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 15:19, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
