Unfortunately, white seems to have two meanings on the map -- 2 to 3 feet in the plains and along the Nebraska / northern Ohio belt, but either zero or less than 1.2 inches (which is not clear) along the Texas, Louisiana, and Florida coast... AnonMoos (talk) 02:13, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
