Hello, I have seen you have imported the file in title on wikimedia, but this picture have been published previously under copyright on Airliners.net . Do you have the proof (e-mail of the autor) that its autor is agree to put his file under a free licence ? If it is not the case this file will be remove from commons.wikimedia.
If you want use a file under copyright please follow the process OTRS. Best regards. Duch.seb (talk) 22:11, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
- Hi. Unfortunately there was no e-mail-address available at the contact-page of the photographer on Airliners.net... I chose this licence-type without the meaning to publish the photo for any commercial use, only for display in the Wikipedia-article, hoping for the copyright to be respected. I placed the picture on Commons with clear references to photographer Mel Lawrence and Airliners.net...

- I know that sometimes it's frustating to can not use nice pictures of airliners.net but the rules of wikimedia forbid the use of a picture without the agreement of the autor. I think your picture will be delete soon but you can importe your own photos without problem if yo choose the right licence. Best regards. Duch.seb (talk) 17:58, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
