Hi. I made this digital copy/took this image using my mobile phone of a printed photograph which was shot by a relative back in 1953, that relative is long dead. I own the original and only hard copy of this photo. The source of the people who used this exact photo on instagram and facebook posts and subsequently used by media entities on news articles online after her death in 2020, was me. If you wish for more proof, I can send a photo of the hard copy with my username on it.
Regarding copyright, the copyright rules in my country indicate that the copyright for a photo lasts for 50 years from its publication, or from its making if it is unpublished.
