Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Do you have a better version of File:OAB Neuenbuerg Ansicht1.png?

Thank you for your submission of File:OAB Neuenbuerg Ansicht1.png. While all submissions are useful, do you think you might be able to supply a better quality version of the same, or similar, content? In many cases, the largest and highest resolution possible is the most useful version to have available. (MediaWiki has automatic resizing functionality, so there is no need for multiple versions of the same image at different sizes, users can select any size and the software will generate and cache the needed resolution on the fly.)

If you can supply the same exact image as File:OAB Neuenbuerg Ansicht1.png at a larger resolution (or media at a higher bitrate, etc.), please just upload it over the original, users will get the new higher quality version with no further effort on your part. If on the other hand, the content is only similar, it is best to select a new image name, as there may be uses already where some aspect of the existing media was key to the usage. In the latter case, if you can provide a crosslink reference to the new image in the older one and vice versa, that will be extremely helpful.

Sorry, hätte ich vielleicht ausführlicher sein sollen: Die Datei ist nicht in schlechter Qualität, bzw. lässt sich das gar nicht beurteilen, jedoch gibt der Server anstatt der Datei einen 404-Fehler aus. Also falls du die nochmal hochladen könntest wäre das File wieder gerettet. --McZusatz (talk) 15:03, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

Das habe ich schon versucht. Aber offenbar gibt es ein technisches Problem auf dem Server, sodass nicht nur die Datei zerstört(?) ist, sondern auch ein Hochladen unter demselben Namen scheitert. Als ich vor ein paar Tagen den rotate request eingetragen habe, war alles noch in Ordnung. --Ostermaus (talk) 15:45, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

PS. Vielleicht muss man in einem solchen Fall die vorhandene „Datei“ zuerst löschen, damit man neu hochladen kann? Kannst Du das veranlassen? --Ostermaus (talk) 15:48, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

PPS. Fehlermeldung lautet: The file "mwstore://local-multiwrite/local-public/5/5a/OAB_Neuenbuerg_Ansicht1.png" is in an inconsistent state within the internal storage backends
