Are you Giulio Maria Pasinetti? And, as such, do you have copyrights to this image granted by the photographer who took this image? As is, this image appears to be a copyright violation taken from the "speakers" tab at http://www.smi-online.co.uk/pharmaceuticals/uk/Alzheimers. We can not presume here that you are this person, without having contacted our OTRS team. Please see the instructions at Commons:OTRS#Licensing_images:_when_do_I_contact_OTRS.3F. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 17:49, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
I am Giulio Pasinetti and this image is the image that I send when I give many talks around the world. It is also the picture I use for my Mount Sinai profile. Yes, I completely own this image and I have copyrights granted by the photographer to use this image. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pasing01 (talk • contribs) 19:12, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
- Great! The second bolded line at Commons:OTRS#Licensing_images:_when_do_I_contact_OTRS.3F should be followed then. More specifically, follow Commons:Email_templates#Declaration_of_consent_for_all_inquiries. Note there still might be obstacles because the metadata on the image indicates this image is still owned and copyrighted by the photographer, Terry deRoy Gruber/Gruber Photographers. I'm sorry this is such a pain. --Hammersoft (talk) 20:30, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
