Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Source of derivative work is not properly indicated: File:Moorhuhn Konzept.png

This file may be deleted.

A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Moorhuhn Konzept.png, is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such works would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a map that has been altered from the original. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work. While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. Please edit the file description and add the missing information, or the file may be deleted. If you created the original content yourself, enter this information as the source. If someone else created the content, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so. Hi! It has come to my attention that you have removed a warning which says that a file doesn't have enough information about the source or license conditions. Nevertheless, it seems to me that this information is still missing and I have restored the tag. You may either add the required information or, if you think that required information is already given, put the image up for a deletion request so that it won't automatically be deleted. Thank you.

I removed the warning due to the other changes made to the description in the same edit.

Since this work is about as derivative as the similarly video game-related file File:Pacman.PNG, I thought that changing this file's description to be in the style of the latter would suffice to resolve the issue. RayanWP (talk) 18:34, 28 December 2023 (UTC)

Der Hintergrund ist selbst gezeichnet (mit der App "Procreate" auf einem iPad Air, falls das aus Lizenzgründen relevant ist), daher keine Quellenangabe. RayanWP (talk) 20:50, 28 December 2023 (UTC)

Könnte ich nun, da geklärt ist, dass das Element, an dem Anstoß genommen wurde, keine weiteren Urheberrechtserklärungen benötigt, den Warnhinweis löschen und so die Löschung der Datei als Ganzes verhindern? RayanWP (talk) 11:46, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Der Hintergrund soll komplett selbst gezeichnet sein? Zumindest bei den Gebäuden halte ich das für sehr unwahrscheinlich, zumindest wird es da eine nicht genannte Vorlage gegeben haben. --Didym (talk) 17:21, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Den Hintergrund des Bilds hatte ich bereits vorher aus anderen Gründen gezeichnet und erst später für dieses Konzept weiterverwendet. Die Gebäude selbst sind einfach nur generische Häuser und Schlösser, wie man sie vielerorts in Europa finden kann; die Inspiration hierfür explizit auf ein Gebäude zu reduzieren, wäre nicht wirklich möglich. Bei Bedarf könnte ich aber auch einfach den Hintergrund separat auf Commons hochladen und dann für File:Moorhuhn_Konzept.png ebenjenen als Basis angeben. RayanWP (talk) 17:58, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

In diesem Fall kann es sicherlich nicht schaden, den Hintergrund getrennt hochzuladen, zwingend notwendig sollte es aber nicht sein. --Didym (talk) 21:09, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
