Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

しかしながら、私は下記の理由により著作権侵害には当たらないと判断して画像をアップロードしました。

この画像は月山富田城跡の太鼓壇公園に立つ看板を撮影したものです。

月山富田城跡は公共の公園であり、そこに立つ看板の一部を写真で撮影した画像です。

そのため、著作権法著作権法４５条２項及び４６条により著作権侵害の例外とされ著作権侵害にはあたらないと考えています。

（美術の著作物等の原作品の所有者による展示）

第四十五条　美術の著作物若しくは写真の著作物の原作品の所有者又はその同意を得た者は、これらの著作物をその原作品により公に展示することができる。

２　前項の規定は、美術の著作物の原作品を街路、公園その他一般公衆に開放されている屋外の場所又は建造物の外壁その他一般公衆の見やすい屋外の場所に恒常的に設置する場合には、適用しない。

（公開の美術の著作物等の利用）

第四十六条　美術の著作物でその原作品が前条第二項に規定する屋外の場所に恒常的に設置されているもの又は建築の著作物は、次に掲げる場合を除き、いずれの方法によるかを問わず、利用することができる。

一　彫刻を増製し、又はその増製物の譲渡により公衆に提供する場合

二　建築の著作物を建築により複製し、又はその複製物の譲渡により公衆に提供する場合

三　前条第二項に規定する屋外の場所に恒常的に設置するために複製する場合

四　専ら美術の著作物の複製物の販売を目的として複製し、又はその複製物を販売する場合
