Tweaks to File:Javelinadactylus sagebieli (TMM 42489-2).png edit

With respect to the holotype of Wellnhopterus brevirostris (TMM 42489-2), I should point out that when erecting the name Javelinadactylus sagebieli for TMM 42489-2, Campos (2021) overlooked the fact that TMM 42489-2 also includes the cervical vertebrae (TMM 42489-2.3 to 2.7). Therefore, you may want to emend the reconstruction for this file to reflect that TMM 42489-2 includes both skull and cervical remains. Moreover, Andres and Langston (2021) classify Wellnhopterus as a quetzalcoatline azhdarchid rather than a close relative of Thalassodromeus and Tupuxuara.

Yes thank you for the reminder, I have started work on the update, the main hold up was trying to balance that ontop of other projects and also my search for images of the mysterious long bones also included in the holotype (which I've given up on trying to find since) also yes I am aware of the new phylogeny (I was the one who created the initial Wellnhopterus page and skeletals and cladograms for the new "Javelina Azhdarchid" page). Best of luck on your own projects!!! Sauriazoicillus (talk) 06:08, 15 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Scale bar in w:Thapunngaka? edit

Hi, in your graphic at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:KKF_494.png the reconstructed head would appear to be about 8 times the length of the scale bar, and the scale bar is labeled "100 cm" or 1 meter, which would make the head about 8 meters long, even though the page for Thapunngaka mentions a wingspan of "5.83 to 9.47 meters". Was the scale bar meant be 100 mm/10 cm perhaps, making the head more like 80 cm long? Hypnosifl (talk) 19:11, 18 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
