Hallo Triplec85, ein winziger Hinweis: Ich habe gerade von der Kategorie Category:Images from Wiki Loves Earth 2023, DE-BW die Oberkategorie Category:2023 photographs of Baden-Württemberg wieder entfernt, ebenso bei allen anderen WLE-BW-Kategorien. Der Grund ist, dass Bilder, die in einem bestimmten Jahr zu WLE (oder WLM …) beigetragen werden, zwar während des Wettbewerbszeitraums hochgeladen werden müssen, aber keineswegs auch im betreffenden Jahr fotografiert worden sein müssen. Das heißt, eine Kategorie wie Category:Images from Wiki Loves Earth 2023, DE-BW enthält auch zahlreiche Fotos aus früheren Jahren. Daher ist es m.E. irreführend, sie zur Unterkategorie von Category:2023 photographs of Baden-Württemberg zu machen, da diese ja bedeuten würde, dass die enthaltenen Fotos 2023 aufgenommen wurden – was eben nicht auf alle WLE-2023-Beiträge zutrifft. Du bist ja viel im freien unterwegs. Wenn Du jedesmal bei der Gelegenheit auch Detailaufnahmen von Pflanzen machst, also bei Blümchen ganz Dicht drangehen, Bei Bäumen und Sträuchern Blätter und Früchte von möglichst nahe, kann ich Dir noch viel besser helfen, eine ähnliche Struktur aufzubauen, wie ich sie für den Rhein-Neckar-Raum geschaffen habe. Jetzt ist gerade eine gute Zeit, auf einer Sommerwiese alles was da wächst in Makroaufnahmen einzufangen. Das meiste werde ich wahrscheinlich genau bestimmen können. Guten Morgen! Ich bin gerade über diese Kategorie gestolpert. Hier ist noch eine Kategorie einsortiert, welche nicht eitergeleitet wurde. Leider kann ich die Kategorie nicht manuell ändern, den Templates sei Dank. Könntest du dir das bitte ansehen? Vielleicht kannst du den Fehler ja beheben. Danke für den Hinweis. Ich versuche eine Lösung zu finden und habe auch schon 3 andere Nutzer angeschrieben, da eine erster Versuch nicht funktioniert hat. Es könnte mit Template:Topic by country/data/E zu tun haben. Dort ist "educational trails" aufgeführt. Vielleicht ist die im Januar 2024 erstellte Weiterleitung "Category:Education trails in Germany" auf Category:Educational trails in Germany auch hinderlich für das Template im Fall Category:Planet trails in Germany. Neue Dateien in xyz

Hi Du, in User:Triplec85-DE-BW-RPT-Landkreise-new-files/Landkreis_Reutlingen/2024_August tauchen oben mehrere Dateien von einem Brunnen in Dresden auf, da über Category:Marie-Gey-Brunnen --> Category:Friedrich-List-Platz_(Dresden) --> Category:Friedrich_List --> Category:Births_in_Reutlingen --> Category:People_of_Reutlingen usw. angebunden. Eine Idee wie man sowas generell verhindern kann, hast Du vermutlich auch nicht, oder? Pfadlänge weiter zu begrenzen ist auch wieder schwierig, dann verpasst man was... Manchmal kommt unser Baumsystem wohl einfach an seine Grenzen, fürchte ich :-) Windharp (talk) 11:58, 14 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Windharp: Danke für den Hinweis. Ich kann mir das bei Gelegenheit mal genauer anschauen.

Unwerwünschten "Beifang" haben diese Bot-geführten Listen leider. Mal mehr, mal weniger.

Wenn man erkennt, dass der "Beifang" z.B. immer auf eine gleiche Person zurückzuführen ist (etwa ein bekannter Architekt, der in einem Ort geboren wurde, aber heute weltweit tätig ist --> mit entsprechenden weltweiten Bildern; die mit dem ursprünglichen Ort bzw. Kreis wenig zu tun haben) dann kann man beim Bot-Suchauftrag gezielt einzelne Themen oder Personen usw. ausschließen.

Mit User:Rosenzweig haben wir schon bei einigen Listen dieser Art entsprechende Kürzungen des Suchauftrages vorgenommen; etwa Adelsgeschlechter (die in die Welt verstreut Bilder lieferten) ausgeschlossen.

Wir können das mal beobachten und ggfs. handeln, also einkürzen wenn der "Beifang" störend wird.

Wenn es nur ab und zu ein paar Dateien sind, halte ich es für sinnvoll, das einfach hinzunehmen. Wenn die eigentlich erwünschten Dateien in der Masse der Fehlfänge untergehen oder gar der Bot-Service deswegen streikt, sollte man handeln. Gruß --Rosenzweig τ 19:21, 15 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
