Klingenthal-Fotos

Hallo Uwe30,
bist du absolut sicher, dass die von dir hochgeladenen Fotos aus Klingenthal wirklich so frei sind wie du es hier Image:030323 klingenthal 01.jpg angegeben hast? Unten auf der Website, von der die Bilder stammen, steht ja doch ein deutliches ©-Zeichen. Die Eisen-/Straßenbahnfotos sind übrigens sehr schön. --Túrelio 19:38, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Hallo Turelio, nein da bin ich mir nicht so ganz sicher muss ich zugeben, ich kenne mich mit den Bildrechten hier leider auch noch nicht so gut aus. Wäre es möglich die "Lizenz" nachträglich noch zu ändern? Es war jedenfalls keine Absicht dieses Bild als "frei" zu markieren, da hab ich mich eher verklickt. Danke schonmal für deinen Rat! Bezüglich der s/w-Bilder auf der Webseite http://www.spvd.cz/?p=svet/de/klingenthal/klingenthal.html&m=svet/de/menu_de.html muss man aber ganz klar dazu sagen, dass diese ihrerseits aus dem Buch von Ludger Kenning geklaut sind (wie dieser mir persönlich mitteilte). Sind die Bilder, bei denen "Bildrechte Ludger Kenning" steht, denn von Ludger Kenning selbst aufgenommen worden (im Original)? Falls ja, und falls er der freien Verwendung (unter Commons-Bedingungen, d.h. auch für kommerzielle Zwecke) zustimmt, solltest du ihm per Email eine Einverständniserklärung (siehe: Commons:Email templates) schicken und bitten, dass er die dann von seiner Emailadresse aus an permissions-commons@wikimedia.org zurückschickt und damit seine Zustimmung gibt. Mehr Details und alles auf deutsch gibt es hier. Der Text klingt auf deutsch etwas dramatisch, aber man muss gegenüber dem Rechteinhaber schon ehrlich sein und sagen, dass frei eben frei bedeutet und auch nicht mehr rückrufbar ist. Falls diese Bilder im Original garnicht von Ludger Kenning sind, wäre erst einmal zu klären, von wem und wie alt sie sind - vielleicht weiß Ludger Kenning das ja. Wenn der Name des Photographen ermittelbar ist, solltest du versuchen herauszufinden, wann er gestorben ist. Ab 70 Jahre nach dem Tod darf auch ohne Zustimmung veröffentlicht werden. Wenn du den Namen nicht herausfinden kannst, wäre zu ermitteln, unter welcher Jurisdiktion der Ort stand, wo die Fotos aufgenommen wurden. Bzgl. der nicht-Ludger Kenning-Fotos könnte vielleicht eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit den Betreibern dieser tschech. Website, vermutlich eine Art Eisenbahn-Fanclub, weiterhelfen.
