Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Sorry, I don't know Ankara :-( But if Commons doesn't have photos of same area with better quality, photo is in Commons:Project scope. So your request is unreasonable on my opinion. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:14, 4 July 2013 (UTC)

Yes. According to you is unreasonable. But these images can be used only Turkish Wikipedia. Uploading pictures here, why do you think? Because images can at the all Wikimedia projects. It comes to picture is district photo. Only there being used. Aside from this. I possess all the rights as the person who make up the picture. I don't want the image to be here. Could you please provide link to category with images of district on Commons? Just to compare situation with domesticated cats :-)

I don't think that city districts are notable for one particular project. There are probability that such articles may appear on other language editions of Wikipedia as well as Wikivoyage or Wikibooks in book about Ankara. Other possible usage is Commons:GeoCommons (and possible external sites) if you'll add coordinates.

• To understand difference you need to explore Category:Felis silvestris catus with all subcategories, including Category:Licking cats and category about particular part of Ankara. What is the love of this deletion? For this reason I said. Don't the make a contribution. Content is finished. I go to Africa. I find a lion. I take the photo to internal organs. Or something similar. I ınstall to a picture at Commons. It will be deleted? What is the harm in those pictures? A user in a comment there. "They are totally in scope. We can use them on related articles. Also they are being used in user's personal pages". More pictures installed on the site doesn't crash. Then delete the other pictures. What's the point? Even a couple of cats too. No picture is out of copyright is not deleted. If the image is not a disgrace. Already we'll see. It not deleted the pictures... Keep the Ankara photos. Process of finding something useful should not resemble process of finding needle in hay heap. Sure if you will make photo of rare subject - it'll be useful. Sorry, but this is hard to apply to domestics cats.

It's much easy to keep discussion in one place.
