Hallo Derlangemarkus, gehörst du zu den Betreibern von twick.it? Falls nicht, solltest du dich nicht als Urheber dieses Logos bezeichnen, nur weil du es von deren Seite kopiert hast. --Túrelio (talk) 15:18, 19 October 2011 (UTC)

Hallo Derlangemarkus, PD- und gleichzeitige GFDL/CC-Lizensierung macht nicht wirklich Sinn. Falls das Logo dagegen als Marke geschützt ist (oder werden soll), solltest du {{Trademark}} hinzufügen. --Túrelio (talk) 15:40, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
- Hallo Túrelio, zunächst vielen herzlichen Dank für den Hinweis. Leider bin ich als Neuling ein wenig überfordert. Viellleicht kannst du mir kurz helfen. Eins vorweg: Ich bin der Markeninhaber des Twick.it-Logos, kann also die nötigen Erlaubnis für die Verwendung geben. Nun ist es so, dass dieses Bild gar nicht das markenrechlich geschützte Logo ist, sondern nur ein Ausschnitt daraus. Dieser Ausschnitt wird allerdings auch sehr oft verwendet. Und zwar dann, wenn ein kleines und/oder quadratische Bild nötig ist. Einen markenrechtlichen Schutz, der sich aus der Wort-Bildmarke der Gesamtheit ergeben könnte, vermute ich eher nicht. Soll heißen: Kein Markenschutz. Das Bild möchte ich gerne unter CC-BY freigeben. Was muss ich nun genau tun (Achtung, Anfänger). Wenn es ein paar Handgriffe sind, hätte ich auch nichts dagegen, wenn ein erfahrener User das mal eben machen könnte. --Derlangemarkus (talk) 21:03, 30 October 2011 (UTC)

- Vielen Dank für den Hinweis und das wachsame Auge. Als Seitenbetreiber, Screenshot-Ersteller und der Marken-Inhaber (siehe DPMA) habe ich gerade die Anweisung befolgt und mein OK (inkl.
