"Own work"

edit

You say File:Cable Car (Tram way) to Manakamana Temple (Nepal).jpg and File:Repuk Makalu Barun Valley Nepal.jpg are your own work, but I see they have watermarks at lower left. Could you please explain? - Jmabel ! talk 23:44, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the concern. Those pictures were the flickr version of the photographs I took. I'll replace them with the original ones (I already replaced File:Barun_Valley_-_Nghe.jpg but still I don't know why it's thumbnail has the previous version. ) - Dhilung (talk) 19:05, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Similar problem with File:Cahill Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics ( Caltech).jpg, which [1] credits to Bob Paz, who I assume is not you. If you can sort this out, please do, or otherwise I'm going to have to suspect that you are continually uploading other people's work as your own. - Jmabel ! talk 00:25, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Of course File:Cahill Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics ( Caltech).jpg is my work. I was really surprise to hear that my work was credited to someone else. But comes out that the photograph you mentioned in the link[2] and mine are entirely different (taken in different time of the day and from different corner of the building). You can see more of my work in photography here [3]. They are all under CC license. Dhilung (talk) 10:49, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ah! My apologies. I'll change the way the link is in there so it's more clear that you aren't giving it as a source for the image. But could you please upload the non-watermarked versions of the images previously discussed? The fact that you hadn't, after saying you would, is part of why I had doubts. - Jmabel ! talk 18:14, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
- Thanks for correcting me. I've done the needful. Dhilung (talk) 07:15, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, that clears things up well. - Jmabel ! talk 08:02, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
