Witaj. Chciałbym zapytać, czy mogę wgrać na commons to zdjęcie, korzystając z szablonu {{PD-old}} ? Zgodnie z informacją w szablonie, zdjęcie musi być wykonane min. 70 lat temu, czyli najpóźniej w roku 1937. Akiba Rubinstein urodził się w roku 1882, więc w roku 1937 miał 55 lat. Na zdjęciu na pewno jest młodszy (góra 40-45 lat), więc fotka zrobiona jest więcej, niż 70 lat temu. The deletion debate is not voting. Number of people telling just Keep doesn't count. Neverthless, there were 3 users saying Delete and 4 saying Keep, that's not what I would call a clear consensus to keep. No one of keepers was able to provide reference to a reliable source supporting public domain status of this photo. If you don't agree, please make a request on Commons:Undeletion requests. I explicitly pointed out that the core question to be answered was the copyright status not the location of the server.

Copyright law distinguishes between the copyright of the performance and that of the score. The image file is a performance not a score so the question seems to me to revolve around whether the original poster had rights to the performance not to the score. If the performer had the right to perform and record then they hold the copyright to that performance. If that performer then posts a recording of the performance, or licenses another to do so, under the GFDL they surely have that right.

It would be interesting to know if what I have said is correct because it might make it possible to have many performances available even of works for which the score is not. --Kwhitefoot 13:33, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Witam,

Zamieściłem potrzebne licencje. Źródło jest znane od początku i jasne: moje własne. Nie wiem dlaczego zlikwidował pan poprzednie szablony licencji? Jeżeli ma Pan jakieś uwagi proszę pisać do mnie; jacek at rossakiewicz.pl.

Hi Ejdzej. You've closed this on the basis of a misundertanding of UK law. The UK has full FOP for sculptures, models for buildings and works of artistic craftsmanship (if permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public). Did you read Section 62 of the Copyright, Designs and patents Act 1988? Witaj! Chciałem zadać pytanie w związku z grafiką z en wiki. Chodzi mi dokładnie o grafikę umieszczoną w tym artykule. Chciałem ją wykorzystać do polskiej wersji artu i w związku z tym chciałem się zapytać, czy mogę przenieść te zdjęcia do commons (ewentualnie czy Ty mógłbyś to zrobić), czy też wcześniej muszę zapytać autora zdjęć o pozwolenie? Bad name

Witaj, zwracam się do ciebie z kolejnym problemem. Wgrałam na commons pliki z prezenterami TVP - niestety okazało się, że źle je opisałam (złe nazwisko). Opis zdjęcia i kategorię poprawiłam, ale zmienić nazwy pliku nie mogę. Wkleiłam szablon '''{{bad name}}''' ale nie do końca rozumiem jego ideę. Czy to znaczy, że administrator skasuje te pliki i mam je wgrać jeszcze raz, czy też "da się" zmienić nazwę pliku. Dokładnie chodzi mi o pana Radka Mroza, którego żle zinterpretowałam jako "Macieja Szczakowskiego" (3 pliki -> TU). Gdybyś mógł zająć sie tą sprawą i przy okazji wyjaśnić mi jak to działa (bo jeszcze mam 10 zdjęć ze znamymi osobami o niezapamiętanych przeze mnie nazwiskach) --Beax 23:18, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

O wyższości PNG nad JPEG

Wierz mi, ta sama grafika (bitwa pod Orszą) na laptopie wygląda jak obraz Kandinskyego, podczas gdy PNG zachowuje całkowitą ostrość. Dotyczy to przeważnie monitorów ciekłokrystalicznych (musimy także pamiętać, że nie wszyscy używają LCD i kineskopów). Mathiasrex 12:43, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Witaj, dzięki za pomoc w obronie tych grafik. Autor jak kiedyś wpomniałem mieszka w Warszawie (ja w Gdańsku) i jest nieinternetowy, jak będę w stolicy (może w końcu listopada) to postaram się dostać od niego jakies pisemne potwierdzenie zgody, nie wiem jak i gdzie je potem zamieścić, czy przesłac, pewnie zwróce się do Ciebie o poradę. A jeśli do tego czasu jaki fundamentalista to usunie, nie dowierzajac wpisanym informacjom o zgodzie, to trudno, ja te pisma mam, i zawsze mogę obejrzeć, nie tylko okładki, ale i zawartość. Szkoda, że inni nie obejrzą. Myślę, że powinno się trochę pozmieniać sztywne zasady, jak w tym przypadku, gdy niekontrowersyjna i niepodważana przez nikogo zgoda zaświadczona przez wikipedystę z pewnym stażem mogłaby być uznawana za wystarczającą, tym bardziej dotycząca grafik raczej niszowych. No ale zdaje się Ty i kilku jeszcze innych rozsądnych adminów commons macie i tak sporo roboty ze zwalczniem innych groźnych dewiacji biurokratycznych. Nawet nie wiem czy już się zakończyła, a jeśli to z jakim skutkiem sprawa "spisku" w sprawie licencji grafik publikowanych w PRLu.

Życzę wytrwałości w dalszej walce o (to nie górnolotna przesada) przetrwanie Wikipedii.

Hej! Mam problem z grafiką którą wgrałam z Flickra [1], zdjęcie pochodzi stąd [2]. Nie podałam tego adresu wgrywając, bo jakoś nie bardzo wiedziałam gdzie, angielski znam słabo. But the Danish Wikipedia has links to these photo's and the German Wikipedia has this photo the little Mermaid on her site. How is that possible? Dear Ejdzej,

I saw your vote, and I respect your rights to making your point. However, please consider my position based on the law, common sense and mutual respect.

My own original work is the image of Sophie Marceau with my father, Petr Shelokhonov.[3] I took the photo after the actors finished filming a scene for Anna Karenina and made themselves available for photographers. Sophie Marceau was very nice, graceous and generous, she projected a radiant ambience and made people around her very happy. My father brought me to the filming location and introduced me to Sophie Marceau, and I was impressed with the beauty, talent, and professionalism of this fine actress. My father, Petr Shelokhonov, died in 1999, and I decided to give his original images of my own work, including this one, to Wikipedia, and to public domain. However, the integrity of my own work remains under protection of international laws that are honored by Wikipedia policy.

I made the above image to document the meeting and work of two film actors, Sophie Marceau and my father, Petr Shelokhonov.

Article 6bis of the Berne Convention protects attribution and integrity, stating: Independently of the author's economic rights, and even after the transfer of the said rights, the author shall have the right to claim authorship of the work and to object to any distortion, mutilation or other modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to, the said work, which would be prejudicial to his honor or reputation.

I donated my original image to Wikipedia with understanding that this community respects my objection to any distortion, mutilation or other modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to, the said work, which would be prejudicial to honor and reputation of my late father, Petr Shelokhonov.

My message to the Serbian Wikipedia users, regarding the distorted image, was treated with good understanding, and my request to return to using my original image was honored.

It is not only the legal issue of integrity and attribution, but also a matter of common sense, mutual respect and reputation regarding all parties involved.

I strongly oppose mutilation of the original image violating integrity rights and personal rights of my late father, actor Petr Shelokhonov.

Article 6bis of the Berne Convention protects attribution and integrity, stating: Independently of the author's economic rights, and even after the transfer of the said rights, the author shall have the right to claim authorship of the work and to object to any distortion, mutilation or other modification of, or other derogatory action in relation to, the said work.

Here the mutilation was done against the integrity rights and personal rights, that are protected by the Bern convention and international laws.

Me and my mother are shocked by such mutilation of the image of my father, Petr Shelokhonov, in Wikipedia.

We respect fellow users in Serbian Wikipedia who agreed to use my original image keeping its integrity.

Personal rights and integrity rights should be honored, and violations should be deleted!

Wczytałam się uważniej w Twoje argumenty. Myślę,że wskanowana stronnicznak wygląda ładniej. Jest ona zresztą mojej produkcji. ( Tak jak ktoś sfotografowała tablice marcową tak ja wskanowałam tekst). Dlatego nazwałam ja poczatkowo dziełem własnym. Po prostu wydrukowałam tekst na Pdf i zmieniłam na png. To chyba estetyczniejsze. Ale jeśli upierasz się przy tekście ( jak wydukałam po angielsku mam do niego autorskie prawa dziedziczne) nie będe kruszyć kopii. Ale jak byś to widział ? Jako przypis. Nowy system ładowania plików

Witaj. Nowy system ładowania plików jest o wiele mniej przyjazny, moim zdaniem. We wcześniejszej wersji, kopiowałem zawartość poprzednio załadowanego obrazka, zmieniałem opis, datę, kategorię i voila. Teraz proces ten jest bardziej wydłużony, nie mówiąc o tym, że niekompatybilny z CommonsHelperem, który przecież bardzo ułatwiał ładowanie grafik z innych Wikipedii... Można jakość obejść nowość ? Po pierwsze nie Rutkowska lecz Rutowska.

Kobieta może nie przypomina Orzelskiej, ale w pałacu łazienkowskim jest podpisany jako portret Orzelskiej.

Mam pewien pomysł: zapytaj tego niezalogowanego skąd ma źródło tych informacji. Jeśli okaże się, że ma rację to został tak (ewentualnie zmień nazwę z Rutkowska na Rutowska).

Przy okazji zmieniłem też nazwę drugiego portretu Orzelskiej lub Rutowskiej: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Countess_Rutowska.jpg .

W przypadku gdyby okazało się, że portret nr 1 jest portretem Orzelskiej zmień także nazwę portretu nr 2.

Wygląda na to ze więcej czasu spedziles na analizę możliwości i rzeczywiście zgadzam się ze Art 2.1 prawa autorskiego z 1952 roku pasuje do zdjęcia babci. Jednak teraźniejsza wersja licencji {{PD-Polish}} nie jest napisana w sposób który to uwzględnia. Zauwarzylem to, jako ze mam parę zdjec w podobnej sytuacji. Dlatego zasugerowałem {{PD-heirs}} zakladajac ze autorem będzie "unknown family member". Jest to licencja często używana dla zdjec z prywatnych kolekcji (np. Image:General-Luis-Farell-portrait.jpg). Nie chcę się wykłócać, ale czy książka znawcy historii nie jest wiarygodnym dowodem ???

Cytuję: Na uwagę zasługuje również portret Anny Orzelskiej, naturalnej córki Augusta II, malowany przez pierwszego malarza dworu saskiego, Louis de Silvestre’a (1676-1760).

W dodatku zwróć uwagę na to, że daty powstania obu portretów odpowiadają dwóm ważnym wydarzeniom w jej życiu: nadanie tytułu hrabiny Orzelskiej i małżeństwo.

Ale jak zapewne wiesz wiele dzieł zostało zidentyfikowanych na oko, czyli to kto jest na obrazie jest często tylko bardzo wiarygodną hipotezą, więc nadal sądzę, że warto skontaktować się z muzem. Może jednak oni popełnili błąd ???

W dodatku Orzelska jest zupełnie inaczej przedstawiona na innym portrecie autorstwa Silvestre z roku 1730:

Pouczenie

Mam problem z IP 136.242.18.51‎. Otóż ten IPek robi kompletny bałagan, tworzy błędne lub/i absurdalne kategorie (z błędnymi nazwami lub mieszające krainy historyczne z regionami administracyjnymi - województwami). To jest zupełnie niereformowalny i niezwykle uparty IP. Proszę, abyś przypatrzył się jego edycjom oraz oficjalnie (jako administrator) wytłumaczył mu jakie nazwy kategorii trzeba stosować, aby najpierw poszukał czy isnieje dana kategoria a nie tworzył duplikatów (np. było od dawna Category:Opole Voivodeship a on tworzy do każdego województwa kategorie typu Category:Opole (Voivodship)). To samo z kategoryzacją innych rzeczy np. Category:Churches in Lebusz i dziesiątki innych o błędnych nazwach. Moja opinia jest jedna: puścić bota który automatycznie zrewertuje jego głupoty a jego samego zablokować. Już mu pisałem w dyskusji w dwóch sprawach - nic sobie z tego nie zrobił, rewertuje nadal przyracając swoją błędną kategoryzację. Nie mam już sił. Proszę abyś się tym zajął. Trzeba ten cały bajzel po nim posprzątać a to robota na tydzień. On mnie nie słucha, może posłucha admina - ale ostrzegam: on jest uparty i początkujący (jego wiedza o standardach Wikipedii/Commons praktycznie nie istnieje) ale przypuszczalnie będzie się z tobą wykłócał że to on ma rację. Old postcards

Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Konigstein81.jpg is very interesting, and it would be nice if we could extract from it some useful policy or at least guidance as to how old postcards should be handled. I have hundreds which I could upload, but many will raise the same issues as this, and I don't want to have to go through the same old arguments every time. Even better would be to work out some rules on anonymous images generally, but I suspect from past discussions that that will be much harder. I am thinking of working up a policy page on postcards, at least. Chcę prosić o skasowanie tego zdjęcia. Najszybciej jak tylko się da załaduję go ponownie, ale z zamazaną tablicą rejestracyjną. Zauważyłem to gdy było już za późno. Dziękuję. Wczułem się we właściciela samochodu. Nie musiałby być tym zachwycony. Zachowuję wielką ostrożność ładując zdjęcia z czyimś twarzami oraz innymi detalami, które mogą pomóc w identyfikacji. Naturalnie, nie mogło to dotyczyć łowców autografów podczas zakończenia Festiwalu Polskich Filmów Fabularnych. Każdy ryzykuje, że zobaczy go cała Polska. Usunąć trzeba. Przedstawia nieprawdziwy podział polityczny. Widywałem poza Wikipedią mapy przestawiające Gdańsk w granicach II RP interpretowane jako polski obszar celny albo pod polskim jarzmem. Ostatnim razem Autor był tu szóstego sierpnia... Przetrzymywanie fałszywej mapy jest bardzo szkodliwe. Nie będę mówił po ksywce, ale gdy pewien śląski Użytkownik ładował historyczne mapy Śląska przez siebie wykonane, zostały skasowane z Commons. Przyczyną było, że wskazywały przynależność miast, które nie przynależały. Kasujący admin nie widział sensu głosowania, bo kto nie interesuje się historią Polski i tu nie mieszka, mógłby zostać zachęcony na pisanie historii od nowa przez aktywistów autonomii lub niepodległości Śląska. Mapy bardziej niż artykuły, muszą przestawiać PRAWDĘ. Proszę, bo dantejskie sceny, będą się działy na tutejszym sdu. Kiedyś w Teleekspesie była mapa Polski z Koszalinem, gdzieś na południu. Czyż nie kwalifikowałaby się do przemiału? Lębork w 1939 roku był częścią Niemiec i nikt tego nie kwestionował... Poznań w 1914 też... Epoka epoką, mapa do niej odpowiednia.

Nie potrafię poprawić. Wymaga to precyzji. Dokładne mapy w naszych czasach nie są ewenementem. Porównaj tą z pozostałymi. Traktat wersalski był łaskawy... Nie mówię o dokładności 10 metrów. Lębork jest tutaj. Od ówczesnej granicy na oko 30 kilometrów. Tu zachodnia granica państwowa oraz województwa pomorskiego jest taka sama jak w momencie odzyskania Pomorza od Krzyżaków w 1466 roku. Jeśli odmawiasz koniecznych działań, poproszę Julo. Każdy dzień istnienia tej mapy zwiększa ilość osób oszukanych. Potem można poprosić Autora o ponowne załadowanie z poprawkami. To najokropniejsze zdjęcie jakie załadowałem. Nie wiem co mi strzeliło. Pomyślałby kto, że chcę upokorzyć Gdynię. Proszę Cię o skasowanie. Natychmiast po tym załaduję nowe. Zdjęcia te były prawdopodobnie własnością Polskiego Rządu na Uchodźstwie - legalnego i uznanego na arenie międzynarodowej organu władz RP i jako takie są chronione takimi samymi prawami jak np. zdjęcie Tuska ze strony rządowej. Czy należy kierować się wskazaniami tego bota User:QICbot, który promuje jakościowo wątpliwe zdjęcia? Według jakich kryteriów on to robi, może sponsoruje go jakiś producent aparatów. Wypromował np. takie ciemne, szumiące i rozmyte zdjęcie Image:Warszawa-pod Blachą.jpg. Zobacz np. poświatę na krawędziach dachu w rozdzielczości 800 × 523 pikseli. Pytam się, bo zrobiłem lepsze zdjęcie tego pałacu Image:Copper-Roof Palace, Warsaw.png (przynajmniej widać szczegóły) i chcę je na pl wiki zastapić tamtym. Dzięki. Ale ta poświata na zdjęciu w JPEGU trochę je dyskwalifikuje. Swoją drogą commons już zwiększyła limit uploadu do 20 MB. Niedługo będą aparaty z matrycą 40 milionową więc problem leży chyba w mechanizmie upakowywania wiki.Mathiasrex (talk) 13:55, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

Po obejrzeniu [6] myślę, że najlepiej będzie Photographic studios. Choć dzisiaj oprócz obsługi ślubów, zdjęć do dokumentów i odbitek oferują więcej: Kubki, puzzle, koszulki... Swoje zdjęcia możesz mieć nawet na pościeli. Długo myślałem i myślę, że to najlepszy tytuł. Pewnie też ktoś doda studia, w których najwięksi artyści pracują tylko dla czasopism. Dziękuję za pomoc.
