LOL, e eu é que sei? Ele deve estar enterrado em trabalho por causa das eleições para o board. Mudando de assunto, não queres ir eliminar a tua conta global no Meta para poder renomear esta? Patrícia ^msg 20:09, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Não me devo ter explicado bem, desculpa! É o seguinte: quando fazemos a unificação das contas, estamos a criar uma "conta global". Ora, por causa da existência dessa conta global é que não é possível fazer a renomeação. O que tens a fazer é ir pedir a um steward que elimine a conta global, para então fazeres as renomeações que tens a fazer e depois voltares a unificar as contas (foi dada esta possibilidade apenas a stewards para poder haver algum controlo sobre vândalos que gostam de brincar ao "vou criar contas com nomes de admins de outras wikis"). A página para fazeres o pedido é meta:Steward requests/SUL requests. Depois dá-me um toque, que eu renomeio o pinheiro japonês, hehe.

Vou enviar-te mais tarde um e-mail sobre os textos que me enviaste, encontrei algumas gralhas (mas não sei se queres ajuda nesse aspecto) e um erro factual, esse sim importante de esclarecer (nada de demais).

Fiz a renomeação, por favor recria a conta anterior (Ematsu) logo que possas. Eu costumo recriar, guardar a palavra-chave, bloquear a conta, mas acho que posso relaxar um pouco desta vez :P. Patrícia ^msg 14:24, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
