Hi, could you upload a full, uncropped version of this nice photo? BTW, these yellow "dots" almost for sure are decoupling capacitors because they are connected between pins 12 (GND aka negative power supply) and 24 (VCC aka positive power supply) of 74F543 transceivers/registers. --jdx Re: 01:32, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
- Hi thx, we've had some discussion about the yellow dots, you may be right. I'll check it out and fix the description. The image is not a cropped image, I just framed like that by artistic purposes. I've just uploaded another sot, with the whole motherboard; please find it here. I've started to take quality studio pictures of some of the stuff we have at my Department's Museum, an effort fostered by my colleage Dr. Eduardo Mena. We'll make our best to identify and document every component. A Convex 220 is coming next, although it'll take us some time to be able to photograph the cabinet. --Jlbriz (talk) 09:28, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for the photo of the whole board. This is exactly what I meant. --jdx Re: 10:45, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
