Seems to be more a map of lands temporarily under the control of Sassanid armies in the middle of a war, than a map of territories belonging to the Sassanid empire... AnonMoos (talk) 04:18, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- That's because this is a map that depicts all of the territories that the Sassanid Empire had gained. The Sassanid Empire had all of these territories in the year 620 A.D, but it only lasted a very short while. -- 04:39, 22 July 2013 Keeby101
- Unfortunately, the use of a uniform constant color tends to give a misleading impression of stability and fixedness to what was a very unstable situation. If you reserved the color fill for the areas which were under some kind of real lasting Sassanid control, and then used lines to show the advances of Sassanid armies at various dates (each line labelled with its corresponding date), then the map would be more broadly useful... Khazars edit
Could you please create a map of the Khazar empire like you did with the Sassanid Empire? The current one is in German. Al Khazar (talk) 22:19, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
Certainly. It might take a while, but it is well worth it! I will get started on it as soon as possible. Cheers! Keeby101 (talk) 03:14, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
