Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? It is possible that you have used or are using more than one account on Commons. Sometimes this is considered disruptive. If you link the accounts on the User page, it will normally be okay. Please comment in the Administrative noticeboard discussion, and confirm that you are the author of your photographs (there being some confusion of names, which concerned Timtrent). There may be some misunderstanding. There may also be some other details to take care of.

I've looked at your history, here and on en.wikipedia. You had big problems there, and I don't think you understood how to handle them. Commons is different, but you will need to pay attention to advice and guidance. If you do not understand anything, ask. Keep asking and reading until you understand and it makes sense.

I assume that you are either the actual photographer for the images you have uploaded, or that you have or can get permission from BEDO. But first, this is important. Stop your uploads, do not upload any more files until you have support from other users. Do not add any links to BEDO on Wikipedia Foundation web sites, for the time being, except in answer to a question. The reason: it may take some time to arrange permissions for the files you are uploading, and if you continue to upload files that are deleted for lack of permission, you could be blocked, and if you are blocked here, then any new account you create can be blocked just because it is you. That's part of what is happening on the English Wikipedia. And they can tell if it's you, even if you use a new name.

So don't make any new accounts. First let's get things cleaned up here. When we are done, assuming everything is okay with BEDO (or you if you are the photographer), you will have many images here than can be used on any Wikimedia Foundation wiki, including the Thai wikipedia, or any other project. We might like a collection of fish images on en.wikiversity, for example.

But if you keep adding links without making sure it's okay, it will be called "spam" and the web site can be globally blacklisted so that it cannot be linked from any WMF wiki. I don't want to see that happen, but I've seen it happen, all with the best intentions. So slow down, be careful, get help, and things will be fine. Wikimedia Commons has a specific scope

Thank you for your contributions. Your image or other content, Parioglossus palustris, was recently deleted, or will soon be deleted, in accordance with our process and policies, because it was not, or is not, within our scope. Please review our project scope, but in short, Commons is targeted at educational media files including photographs, diagrams, animations, music, spoken text and video clips. The expression “educational” is to be understood according to its broad meaning of “providing knowledge; instructional or informative”. Wikimedia Commons does not contain text articles like encyclopedia articles, textbooks, news, word definitions and such. Each of these other kinds of content have their own projects: Wikipedia, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikinews, Wiktionary and Wikiquote. If the content seems to fit the scope of one of those other projects, please consider contributing it there. Otherwise, consider an alternative outlet. If you think that the deletion was in error because the contribution really was in scope, you can appeal it at Commons:Undeletion requests, giving a reason why it fits our scope to help others evaluate the matter.
