File:Cimitero munumentale 01.JPG e gli altri con lo stesso soggetto: le fotografie che hai inserito raffigurano un monumento che non fa parte della lista di quelli per i quali abbiamo l'autorizzazione dall'ente che li gestisce (secondo il codice Urbani) (vedi qui). Visto che c'è tempo fino al 30 settembre per ricevere altre autorizzazioni, le foto per ora rimangono tra le partecipanti fino al termine del periodo del caricamento, dopodichè, se il monumento raffigurato non sarà stato autorizzato, saranno escluse dal concorso. Continueranno però a far parte dell'enciclopedia ed essere condivise dagli utenti nei vari progetti, che è in fondo l'essenza di Wikipedia. Il bando "Che fare" mette in palio 100.000 € per un progetto innovativo che unisca la rete e la cultura. Il concorso prevede tre fasi: la selezione degli esperti, la votazione pubblica e la votazione finale della giuria.
Wiki Loves Monuments ha già superato brillantemente la prima fase (di oltre 500 progetti ne sono stati selezionati solo 32) e ora ha bisogno del sostegno di tutti per superare la seconda.
Aiutaci a spargere la voce, il premio finale ci permetterà di lavorare duramente per censire e pubblicizzare il patrimonio culturale italiano!

ps: l’edizione 2012 è stata coronata da un successo inatteso, sia dal punto di vista della partecipazione, che da quello del numero di foto caricate su Wikimedia Commons. Più di 800 partecipanti hanno caricato quasi 8000 foto e partendo da zero, siamo riusciti a liberare 963 monumenti in tutto il paese. Siamo molto orgogliosi di questo risultato, che abbiamo potuto conseguire anche grazie a te.

Wiki Loves Monuments 2014 startet in Kürze

Hallo Paperkat,

in Kürze ist es wieder soweit. Der nun schon traditionelle Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments wird im September zum vierten Mal stattfinden. In ähnlicher Form hatte unlängst der Wettbewerb "Wiki Loves Earth" eine erfolgreiche Premiere. Zu allen bisherigen vier Wettbewerben haben seit 2011 gut 3000 unterschiedliche Teilnehmer (User) ihren Beitrag geleistet. Du warst dabei, und bist auch herzlich eingeladen, am bevorstehenden WLM-Wettbewerb wieder dabei zu sein.

Allein in Deutschland wurden in den letzten drei Jahren im Rahmen von WLM rund 100.000 Fotos zu den insgesamt ca. 850.000 Kulturdenkmalen bundesweit hochgeladen. Jährlich haben sich mehrere Hundert Wiki-Fotographen daran beteiligt. Auch im kommenden Denkmalmonat wird dies gewiss wieder der Fall sein. Der Tag des offenen Denkmals am 14. September bietet bundesweit vielfältige Möglichkeiten, Denkmale nicht nur von außen, sondern auch von innen zu fotografieren. Denkmallisten sind dabei ein wichtiger Orientierungspunkt und zugleich auch Ziel der Einbindung der Fotos. Auch in diesem Jahr sind wieder neue Denkmallisten hinzugekommen, die hilfreich bei der Planung von individuellen oder Gruppen-Fototouren sind und auf eine Bebilderung warten, wie z.B. zu Görlitz oder Zittau. Unter den Landeshauptstädten fehlt nur noch Stuttgart. Aber auch hier ist Licht in Sicht.

In der Mitte Deutschlands hat die Denkmallandschaft der thüringischen Landeshauptstadt Erfurt nun das Licht der Wikipedia-Welt entdeckt. Mehr als 50 Tabellen enthalten 3.700 Denkmale. Allein die wunderschön restaurierte Altstadt umfasst 1.800 Denkmale. Eine von WMDE geförderte WLM-Fototour nach Erfurt am Wochenende vom 29. – 31. August lädt herzlich ein, diese einzigartige Kulturlandschaft zu dokumentieren. Mehr Informationen findest Du auf der Projektseite.

Wiki Loves Monuments 2014 - Ein Wiki-Beitrag für die Denkmaltopographie

Hallo Paperkat,

vor zehn Tagen endete der vierte Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments. Du hast daran aktiv teilgenommen und wir möchten Dir dafür herzlich danken.

Mit mehr als 35 Tausend Fotos hat Deutschland wie in den Vorjahren ein gutes Ergebnis erreicht und einen Anteil von 14 % an diesem internationalen Projekt erbracht, an dem sich 40 Länder beteiligten. Sehr erfreulich ist die hohe Zahl an 651 Teilnehmern allein in Deutschland. Schon zum Abschluss des Wettbewerbs waren rund 6000 Fotos (=17 %) in Listen und Artikel eingebunden. Einen detaillierten Überblick zu den Fotos, den Bundesländern und Teilnehmern findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite.

Die deutsche Jury hat nun die eingereichten Beiträge übernommen und ist gegenwärtig dabei, diesen wertvollen Fotobestand zu den Kulturdenkmalen zu sichten. Am nächsten Wochenende wird in Hamburg die entscheidende Jury-Sitzung stattfinden. Wir wünschen auch Dir mit Deinem Foto-Beitrag dabei viel Glück und Erfolg. Du darfst gespannt sein und all Deine Freunde bitten, Dir die Daumen zu drücken.

Die preisgekrönten 100 Gewinner-Fotos werden in der Woche ab dem 20. Oktober veröffentlicht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird auch in diesem Jahr ein Kalender-Poster für 2015 gedruckt werden.

Auf zwei Möglichkeiten einer weiteren aktiven Mitwirkung an unserem Denkmal-Projekt möchten wir bei dieser Gelegenheit hinweisen bzw. Dich dazu einladen:

• Unsere Freunde in Österreich haben mit einem gerade gestarteten Denkmal-Cup das Editieren von Denkmallisten und Denkmalartikeln in den Focus gerückt. Bis Ende des Jahres kannst Du Punkte sammeln und Preise gewinnen. Dabei geht es mit diesem Wettbewerb nicht nur um Kulturdenkmale in AT oder D, sondern generell um Denkmale in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia, als offen für alle Länder.

• Vom 6.-8. November findet erneut die Europäische Denkmalmesse in Leipzig statt. Mit Unterstützung von Wikimedia Deutschland e.V. werden wir zum zweiten Mal die Ergebnisse von Wiki Loves Monuments im Rahmen eines Standes sowie eines Workshops vorstellen.

WLM-Aktivisten sind herzlich eingeladen, bei der Betreuung des Messestandes sowie in den Gesprächen über Möglichkeiten einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit den Denkmalbehörden mitzuwirken. Die Reisekosten übernimmt für 8-10 registrierte Standbetreuer WMDE. Es muss nicht der gesamte Messezeitraum sein, auch eine Mitwirkung an 2 Tagen hilft uns, den Beitrag der Wikipedia für die Denkmaltopographie sichtbar zu machen.

Und schließlich gilt: Nach dem Wettbewerb ist vor dem Wettbewerb. Bereits jetzt kann jeder mit der Planung von Wiki Loves Monuments 2015 beginnen. Wir freuen uns auf Deine weiteren Beiträge für Wikimedia-Projekte.

Foto non categorizzate

Ciao, ho scoperto ora che hai caricato numerose foto senza che siano state categorizzate, e ch putroppo non hanno né riferimenti automatici (inserimento dei dati con un GPS presente nella fotocamera) né l'indicazione della descrizione della località. No ho trovate almeno tre di Corana (e presumo ve ne siano altre) ma per me (ed altri) andare a fare delle ricerche comparate di immagini per determinare una chiesa (più semplice) o un edificio "laico" (molto più ostico) è estremamente dispendioso in termini di tempo. Tra l'altro così facendo impedisci a chiunque di raggiungere le tue immagini perché possano essere riutilizzate, vanificando lo scopo principale del progetto. Ti prego quindi come cortesia personale di riprendere una per una le immagini che hai caricato inserendole almeno nella categoria "madre" del comune di appartenenza, in seguito passerà qualcuno a fare un lavoro più certosino. Ciao Paperkat. Mi associo all'invito fattoti da Threecharlie. Le foto che tu carichi non sono minimamente categorizzate. Questo non ha senso. Se tu non categorizzi l'immagine che hai caricato, allora la tua è stata una fatica sprecata ed inutile perché la foto non figura da nessuna parte. E' inutile perché nessuno la trova, nessuno la vede, quindi nessuno la può utilizzare. Ti dovresti sforzare a dare ad ogni immagine almeno la categoria del comune in cui quel monumento o luogo ricade (come ti ha detto Threecharlie). Come pure dovresti curare quanto meno in forma stringata e didascalica la descrizione dell'immagine. Ma tu davvero credi che qualcuno che vede una tua foto di un castello, una chiesa, un luogo abitato, capisca dove esso si trovi se tu non glielo scrivi? Allora non mettere niente nella descrizione dell'immagine è pessimo; ma anche una descrizione imprecisa non serve a niente. "Stradina pittoresca che porta alla chiesa di san Rocco", ok, ma dove? in che comune? in che provincia? in che regione? in che nazione? Se non lo scrivi tu, chi può saperlo? Pure ho notato che l'unica categoria che hai (qualche rara volta) assegnato è la "Category:Photography": si tratta di una categoria così generica ed assolutamente inutile che è come non aver dato nessuna categoria a quella immagine, perchè chi cerca l'immagine di un castello, di una chiesa, di un luogo, la cercherà sotto il suo nome, o quanto meno sotto il nome del luogo, non certo sotto "Photography". Allora, io mi sono applicato a categorizzare le ultime 50 immagini che tu hai caricato, almeno quelle che mi offrivano un minimo di indizio; ma vedo che anche quelle precedenti sono molto manchevoli riguardo alla categorizzazione. Allora questo lavoro lo devi fare tu se ci tieni che le tue immagini diventino visibili e compaiono da qualche parte. E quel "da qualche parte" è il comune dove l'immagine è stata scattata. Non è difficile. Lo sai tu dove hai scattato quella foto: allora, in modifica, aggiungi all'immagine in fondo alla pagina [[Category:Nome del Comune]] e salvi. E' così semplice! Ti invito quindi ad andare nella lista dei tuoi contributi (qui a sinistra, nel riquadro "strumenti"; oppure aprendo una qualsiasi foto da te caricata e, al centro della pagina, a destra dell'immagine in miniatura, cliccando presso il tuo nome su "contributi") e lì riaprire ogni file che hai caricato per aggiornare la sua descrizione ed aggiungere almeno la categoria del comune, meglio ancora se è quella del monumento rappresentato (se la relativa categoria esiste; cioè se essa poi figura in colore blu e non in rosso). Der WLM-Countdown hat begonnen

Hallo Paperkat,

nun ist es wieder soweit. Vom 1. bis zum 30. September findet zum fünften Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht bekanntlich das Fotografieren von Kulturdenkmalen. Du hast an einem der letzten Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen und wir freuen uns auf weitere Bildbeiträge von Dir.

Viele interessante Motive, nicht nur Burgen und Schlösser, sondern auch Fachwerkhäuser, Brücken und Brunnen, technische und Industriedenkmale und vieles mehr gibt es noch zu fotografieren, damit sie in der Wikipedia dokumentiert werden können. Nützliche Tipps findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite. Du kannst gerne individuell Fototouren durchführen oder aber Dich auch Gruppentouren anschließen. Besonders freuen wir uns auf Fotos, die Lücken in den Denkmallisten der Wikipedia ausfüllen.

Darüber hinaus kannst Du auch an der Arbeit der Jury teilnehmen, die Mitte Oktober die Fotos bewerten und die Gewinner ermitteln wird. Bis zum 15. August kannst du hier Deine Bewerbung einreichen.

Wiki Loves Monuments ti aspetta, con centinaia di nuovi comuni fotografabili

Concorso Wiki Loves Monuments Italia 2018 (English version)

Gentile Paperkat, ti ringraziamo ancora una volta per la tua passata partecipazione a Wiki Loves Monuments (WLM). Il più grande concorso fotografico del mondo si svolge anche questo settembre per documentare e promuovere il patrimonio culturale italiano, con una licenza copyright libera.

Quest'anno è doppiamente facile partecipare: gli oggetti fotografabili coprono quasi 1000 comuni in più, grazie all'adesione di centinaia di nuovi enti fra cui Roma, e alla possibilità di fotografare circa 2000 alberi monumentali. Controlla le liste di monumenti fotografabili! Carica tutte le foto che hai e magari organizza una visita presso i monumenti che ancora non hanno una foto.

Quest'oggi il Parlamento europeo ha respinto la proposta di estendere la libertà di panorama. E allora scattiamo e pubblichiamo tutte le foto che possiamo, almeno per questi monumenti per cui ci è legalmente consentito!

Wiki Loves Monuments France 2019

Bonjour,

Le concours Wiki Loves Monuments France est de retour et ouvert jusqu'à 31 septembre ! Déjà 8310 photos ont été importés cette année, vous aussi rejoignez le concours !

Le concours concerne tous les monuments présents dans la base Mérimée (qu'ils soient classés, inscrits ou simplement classés). De l'imposant château aux ruines industrielles, de la chapelle au coin de la rue aux mégalithes en forêt, c'est un impressionnant patrimoine qui attend d'être photographié et documenté. Où que vous soyez il y a des monuments autour de chez vous. Enfin, vous pouvez mettre en ligne autant de photos que vous le souhaitez de ces monuments. Pour information, le règlement est disponible sur le site du concours. Nous attendons vos photos avec impatience !

Les plus belles photos seront sélectionnées par un jury national composé d'amateurs et de professionnels, de contributeurs à Wikimedia Commons et d'acteurs du patrimoine. Un jury international sélectionnera ensuite des meilleures photographies mondiales.

Si vous avez des questions, l'équipe organisatrice se fera un plaisir d'y répondre.

oggi ti scrivo a nome dell'associazione Wikimedia Italia per ringraziarti di aver partecipato a Wiki Loves Monuments Italia. Il tuo contributo è particolarmente apprezzato perché le tue foto sono usate in 5 o più voci di Wikipedia o altro progetto Wikimedia.

Come piccolo omaggio avremmo piacere di spedirti una copia (tutta in carta riciclata) del libro di Carlo Piana, Open source, software libero e altre libertà. Fornisci un recapito per ricevere una copia del libro.

Il libro comprende anche un capitolo sul tuo lavoro! Si parla infatti di libertà di panorama, cioè la libertà di fare e diffondere foto come le tue, ma tutto l'anno e su tutti i monumenti d'Italia. Finché resta la legge attuale, per aumentare le foto caricabili puoi chiedere a un ente vicino a te di aderire a Wiki Loves Monuments. Speriamo che questo libro ti sia utile per apprezzare quanto hai fatto e per trasmettere la passione della conoscenza libera a una persona a te vicina.

Bonjour,

Le concours Wiki Loves Monuments France est ouvert pour une semaine encore, jusqu'au 30 septembre. Déjà plus de 6 000 photos ont été importées cette année alors vous aussi rejoignez le concours ! Cette campagne de contribution concerne tous les monuments et objets mobiliers présents dans la base Mérimée et dans la base Palissy. De l'imposant château aux ruines industrielles, de la verrière décorative au reliquaire, c'est un impressionnant patrimoine qui attend d'être photographié et documenté. Vous pouvez dès à présent mettre en ligne autant de photos que vous le souhaitez de ces monuments et objets du patrimoine français. Nous attendons vos photos avec impatience !
