PJ17 30mm single-barrel naval gun edit

Hello, I hope you are fine. I have removed your tag from the photo that I have uploaded. You have not given any reason to delete my work. If you have any problem with my work then you can text me in my talk page. Shariar 375 (talk) 03:10, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

First, the deletion template should not be removed while the assessment is in progress.
Second, the reason is in the template. Namely, that there is no evidence provided that the source and/or copyright holder permits the reuse of the media under the claimed license (as is required by Commons:Essential information). With all due respect, all of the information are taken from Chinese ministry of defence. Besides, I have property provided the source of the photo. Shariar 375 (talk) 03:41, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

You cannot put any mark on my work. I'm removing the the mark. Shariar 375 (talk) 03:42, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you have any problems with official photos, then I will convert these photos as my own work. Shariar 375 (talk) 03:53, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

It should go without saying that if you are not the copyright holder, then you should not masquerade as being the copyright holder. It should also go without saying that simply by uploading some piece of media to the Commons does not make you the copyright holder.
The problem with your uploads is that you have failed to show that the copyright holder permits reuse of their work under terms acceptable to the Commons. Instead, you have simply claimed the images to be usable under a Creative Commons license (or whatever) without any evidence that the copyright holder agrees.
If many -if not all - of your uploads are to remain, you need to find the parts of the copyright holders' terms of use, or relevant laws in their jurisdiction, that permit reuse under terms acceptable to the Commons.
If this whole copyright thing is confusing you, seek help at the Commons:Village pump. But as it stands, many of your uploads cannot remain as they are. RovingPersonalityConstruct (talk) 04:41, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

I just don't understand, why have you come out of nowhere and suddenly put delete mark on my photos? You are just harassing me. Shariar 375 (talk) 04:12, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

I am trying to notify you that your uploads may violate copyright, and if so those uploads need to be deleted. The deletion process gives you some time (seven days, or something like that) to fix the problems if they are - in fact - fixable; after that the images may be summarily deleted.
Please consult the Commons guidelines concerning copyright. RovingPersonalityConstruct (talk) 04:41, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

All of the photos are free to use. You can check out the source. Therefore there is no such need for any sort of copyright permission. Government photos are always free for the people except for some exclusive ones. I suggest you should check out the source. Shariar 375 (talk) 05:13, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Shariar 375: Not every country releases government works to the public domain. It's not like the United States is controlling the world, or am I mistaken? If so, please prove that I am indeed wrong. I would be happy to see that, because after all, copyright can really be a PITA. pandakekok9 06:25, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
