Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Modified and prescribed images were already submitted for publication and grant and approve permission for its release under licences set forth by Wikimedia Commons Attribution.Discription of which is without a sword in contrast to the current prescribed one for the National Seal and with the change of the image sword for the Coat of Arms.Adp phil65 (talk) 02:43, 9 February 2015 (UTC) Thank you. as copyright holder for keeping our materials as filed including our National Seal and National Coat of Arms with our earnest hope that these will be published in the Wikipedia as regular publication.Adp phil65 (talk) 06:43, 7 February 2015 (UTC)

THIS ONE WITH A SWORD IS NOT THE PRESCRIBED NATIONAL SEAL, PLEASE REMOVE IT.
