You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.
Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Bonjour et bienvenue ici. Merci de faire attention à la façon dont vous catégorisez vos photos : vous avez mis des catégories "Papillons", "Chenille" et "Champignons" qui n'existent pas, et il va falloir que vous cherchiez la catégorie déjà existante correspondant à chaque espèce. c'est fait, par contre pour le mélitées je ne suis pas parvenu à l'identifier avec précision pour l'instant du coup j'ai laissé en attente, le dessins de ses ailes est particulier

Autre chose : ceci n'est pas un Azuré de l'ajonc. C'est vraisemblablement un Argus bleu (Polyommatus icarus), mais il faudrait connaître le lieu de prise de vue pour s'en assurer. De manière générale, je vous conseille d'indiquer le lieu et la date de chaque photo d'animal ou de plante, sans quoi ces photos n'ont aucune valeur scientifique. Pour l'instant, vous avez mis la date de téléchargement (30 December 2016), qui est inutile ;-) --LamBoet (talk) 12:43, 30 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

le lieu de la prise de vue est la zone industriel de Dunkerque 59140 pour la date je ne serait être exacte quant au jour mais c'est courant année 2016 d'après la maturation de la fructification de cette épis de plantain (lancéolé dans ce coin là) il semblerait que nous somme en fin d'été et probablement même début d'automne, l'arrivé de froid et d'humidité fait souvent remonter les escargots (il y a du monde qui les cherche au sol) — Preceding unsigned comment added by B59210 (talk • contribs) 14:01, 6 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Bonjour B59210, je viens de retirer plein de fichiers classées par erreur dans la Category:Agaricus bisporus, y compris des amanites mortelles ! Il vaut mieux être prudent... Merci de vérifier soigneusement les identifications de champignons ou bien, s'il y a le moindre de doute, de les classer dans une sous-catégorie de la Category:Unidentified fungi, avec un titre ne mentionnant pas l'espèce. Il existe par ailleurs un atelier d'aide à l'identification des champignons sur Wikipédia en français, n'hésite pas à soumettre tes photos. --Salix (talk) 12:37, 13 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
