i then looked at the history (planning to revert) and discovered a missing image icon.

assuming i had miscopied something i then wen't back to a historical version of Commons:Really unused and followed the link from there.

Hoi Darkone, in Antwort auf meine Diskussionsseite: Mir waren die Bilder auch etwas verdächtig, aber da sie klar lizenziert waren, liess ich mich durch das (c)-Zeichen nicht stören. Alle drei Bilder sind weg. Hast du sie gelöscht, ohne sie in Commons:Deletion requests einzutragen? Ein Lösch-Logbuch finde ich nicht. Das ist aufschlussreich. Mittlerweile wurden einige Bilder wieder hochgeladen und schon wieder mit {{Copyrighted}} versehen, obwohl unten in etwa "mit Erlaubnis" steht. Dass Rama die Erklärung auf seiner Benutzerseite liefert, ist sicher nicht sehr glücklich. Meiner Meinung hätte man sich die zeitweise gebrochenen Links durch einen ordentlichen Löschantrag ersparen können. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, schliessen sich das (c)-Zeichen und eine Lizenz nicht aus, im Gegenteil bildet das Urheberrecht ja erst die Grundlage, welche eine Lizenz ermöglicht.

Klar muss man in der heutigen Welt von klagelustigen Anwaltskanzleien vorsichtig sein, dass aber je nach Land sehr viele Bilder das Kriterium der Schaffenshöhe nicht erfüllen, soll doch auch erwähnt sein. Vor dem Schweizer Bundesgericht wurde die Anwendung des Urheberrechtes für ein Bild abgelehnt, dass eine Viertelstunde arrangiert worden war! • Ja, nun wissen wir wenigstens, dass er eine Erlaubnis der Autoren hat (was mich freut, viele gute Bilder dabei), war das löschen nicht 100% sinnlos. Ich hab mal einen Vorschlag gemacht, wie Rama es besser machen sollte. Mich hat die fehlende Bildlegende sehr gestört, schau mal, ob du das einen guten Prototypen für die netmarine-Bilder findest. Beim Übersetzen ist allerdings ein neues Problem aufgetaucht: Museum. Vielleicht hat netmarine.net gar kein Copyright. Wie Bdk schon schrieb, es muss irgendwo stehen, dass die "GNU-FDL" Freigabe an Rama von netmarine.net erteilt wurde. Am besten mit Verweis auf eine Seite wo dies dokumentiert ist. moin dark1. könntest du deine kontakte spielen lassen, und den deutsch-sprechenden commons-mitarbeitern einen gefallen tun? es geht um diese zwei Kategorien: Category:Löschanträge und Category:Kandidaten für Schnellöschung. wie du siehst, wird dort nix angezeigt. kannst du die wikimedia-software so knfigurieren (lassen), dass alle dateien/seiten mit den entsprechenden tags ({{Deletionrequest}}, bzw. {{Delete}}) auch auf den deutschsprachigen kategorien angezeigt werden? wäre echt super, weil sonst war meine übersetzungsarbeit völlig umsonst.     • Bei den Schnelllöschanträgen hatte ich nur eins ausprobiert (dazu muss mans einfach nochmal abspeichern). Die Restlichen gehen auch alle, man müsste nur eben alle nochmal bestätigen (damit die neue Kat. erkannt wird), ist ja bei jeder nachträglichen Kat-Anpassung so. Schnell(l)öschung ?!?!

Schaengel89 ist in der deutschen Wikipedia berühmt/berüchtigt ja? für sein sprachliches und grammatikalisches Unvermögen hört hört!. Bei den deutschen Artikeln dort findet sich immer jemand, der hinter ihm herräumt. tatsächlich? Leider vermurkst er jetzt auch Artikel hier in den Commons und das ist bei den Categories ein besonderes Problem. geschmackssache Siehe auch Dein Edit in {{Delete}}.
Erfahrungsgemäß macht es wenig Sinn, Schaengel89 auf die Fehler hinzuweisen und ihn zu bitten, sorgfältiger zu arbeiten, er kann es nicht besser. das ist mir neu Du, als Admin, hast sicherlich einige Erfahrungen und das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl mit Nutzern, die voller Begeisterung an WP mitarbeiten möchten, aber die Sache meist verschlimmern oder denen URVs nicht so wichtig sind. hi dark1. ich hab da mal so 'ne idee: (ich nehm mal ein beispiel, weil allgeimein ist das fast unmöglich) David Hilbert ist in der category:German mathematicians, aber nicht in der Category:Mathematicians. wenn also automatisch alle artikel, die in die kategorie [:category:sowieso by nationality] sind, in [:category:sowieso] eingeordnet werden, hat man a) alle leute mit sowieso auf einen blick und b) zusätzlich noch mal unterteilt nach nationalität. ist das mögich, die software dahingehend zu konfigurieren? sag mir bescheid, was du davon hälst, oder besser stell das im village pump, ich weiß nicht, wie man das auf englisch erklären kann. und dann noch was: das bild-ersetzen klappt in letzter zeit nicht so richtig. z.b. hier, hier und hier steh ich mehrmals, ohne dass sich was verändert hat Schaengel89 @me 19:45, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed that you wrote that these are images of a Mirage IIIc. I'm afraid that to the best of my knowledge these are images of a Mirage 2000. You can see the distinctive small winglets/canards on the air intakes, which are unique to the Mirage 2000.

bitte füge Deine Bilder einer passenden Kategorie und/oder einem Artikel zu

Hallo, vielen Dank für die von dir Commons zur Verfügung gestellte Bilder. Bitte gebe beim Hochladen von Bildern in die Commons auch immer eine passende Kategorie an oder füge die Bilder zu einem Artikel (englisch: Gallery) hinzu. Denn Bilder ohne Kategorie bzw. die nicht in Artikeln verlinkt sind können per Suchfunktion schwer gefunden werden ! Ich weis, es ist nicht immer einfach eine Kategorie zu finden. Suche Bilder zu dem Thema. Bei diesen Bildern sollte (hoffentlich) bereits eine Kategorie eingetragen sein. Verwende diese dann - wenn sinnvoll. Um die richtige Kategorie zu finden ist auch das Tool CommonsSense. sehr hilfreich.

Hey Darkone, was soll das? Das Bild ist nach italienischem Recht PD! Das läßt sich rechtlich nicht widerlegen! Wo ist das Problem? Wenn es nicht für die Role als Bild des Tages auf den Commons gefällt ist es OK, aber glauben die Leute denn daß die Bilder dieser alten Flugzeuge von der damaligen photograpen hier eingestellt wurden? Ich finde Benutzer Huebi maßt sich da etwas zuviel an! Das ist einfach ärgerliche Inkompetenz! Deine Meinung?

Hallo Darkone. Ich habe das Bild nicht aus dem Netz, was Du da mit Google gefunden hattest bzw. die entsprechende Seite kannte ich nicht und überraschte mich sehr. Tatsache ist daß ich einiges an Bildern von Flugzeugen und anderem besitze und ich auch schon welche als Kopie, Scan oder anderes an Interessenten weitergegeben bzw. in Foren etc. gepostet hatte. Du hast mir einen Bärendienst erwiesen indem Du auf der Löschdiskussionsseite geschrieben hattest Du hättest es bei Google gefunden. Der Löschantrag von Huebi ist einfach eine Provokation! Un dieser Fb78 scheint wohl besonders scharf darauf zu sein das Bild zu löschen. Der hat schonmal einen Unsinn dazu geschrieben nachdem in Italien bald genauso 70 Jahre pma gelten soll (das ist völlig falsch und an den Haaren herbeigezogen!) was ich prompt widerlegt habe. Dann ist er wieder mit Unwahrheiten gekommen wegen PD in den USA. Und sowas inkompetentes ist auch noch Admin! Unglaublich! Es kann doch nicht angehen daß er die Leute hier nach seinem Gusto versucht zu täuschen und für dumm zu verkaufen, oder? Just heute vor Kurzem habe ich nach sorgfältiger Prüfung noch einmal als Jurist ausführlich zum Copyright-Status und der rechtlichen Situation dazu Stellung genommen. Ich möchte Dich höflich bitten dafür zu stimmen daß das Bild in den Commons bleiben kann (mit  Keep-Symbol) da es rechtlich einwandfrei und unwiderlegbar PD ist, alles andere wäre ungerechtfertigt und ein gefährlicher Präzedenzfall. Vielleicht könntest Du in der Sache als Admin intervenieren? Besten Dank.

Übrigens:
In der deutschen Wikipedia hat Crux schon wieder einwandfreie Sowjet-PD-Bilder gelöscht (z.B. bei der Tupolew SB-2), was mich auf das äüßerste erzürnt hat! Es muß was passieren um diese sinnlose und inkompetente Bilderstürmerei aufzuhalten!

Dein Bild Erythromma najas in Commons

Hallo Darkone,
für Erythromma najas fehlen der Libelle auf deinem Bild a) die roten Augen (daher der deutsche Name Granatauge) und b) der hellblaue neunte (vorletzte) Hinterleibsring. Könnte es sein, dass sie fehlbestimmt oder das Bild verwechselt worden ist?

So würde ich sagen, es könnte ein Weibchen von Coenagrion puella abgebildet sein - aber auch was anderes, das kann man aus dem einen Bild nicht scher sagen. Könntest du das mal prüfen? Wenn du nicht sicher bist und noch mehr Bilder hast, sehe ich auch gern mal rein. Sonst würde ich sagen, man müsste es unter Coenagrionidae sp. ohne nähere Bestimmung einordnen oder vielleicht auch ganz rausnehmen.

Photographs of Christina Aguilera

Hi!

First of all, sorry for any spelling mistakes I may commit. My mother language is Portugese, not English.

I just saw you deleted all Christina Aguilera photographs upload by LeonardoLima7, claiming they were copyright violations...

...I may be wrong, but I'm pretty damn sure they weren't violating any "copyright". They were simply photographs taken by Leonardo himself and some of his friends during Aguilera's concerts and autographs sessions.

They weren't taken from any website, they were the guy's pictures!

I mean, I could at least have talked to him, at his user page or, I don't how, started a voting to clarify the situation. I understand there must be a lot of screenshots and publicity pictures uploaded every single day in Commons, and due that some may have though that simply deleting would make things easier, faster, I don't know...

...well, "speeding" things didn't work out very well in this case. I understand that there's a lot of wrong stuff, but this time the "right" were hit as well. And now what? I don't know how to procede, since I'm not familiarized with Commons and/or with Commons:Undeletion requests, or if we should re-upload the pictures.

Waiting for your feedback on this.

"User:Polarlys" tut mir meine Seite hier ständig löschen, obwohl ich da einen Text von mir da Hereingeschrieben hab. Dann habe ich eine Liste mit Links eingefügt und der kommt mir Kopiergeschützte Werke an, um mit dieser Seite Unfug anzustellen. Der hat die geschützt, obwohl ich da 'reingeschrieben habe, dass ich selber jeder hier editieren darf. Dann habe ich den aufgefrordert das rückgängig zu machen und der hat es nicht gemacht. Das ist Vandalismus! Ich habe gegen keine Regel verstoßen. There's a Wikipedia article on frenulum breve that has no illustrations at present. I don't think those were gratuitous penis pictures, but rather illustrations of a specific disorder. Cheers! 1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

Mein Name ist Rita Neves.

Ich arbeite in Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, das ist ein Public Organismus in Portugal. Eigentlich sind wir auf einem Roadbook der Biodiversität von Lissabon arbeiten, für die wir ein Panel sowie eine Broschüre zu produzieren. Wir haben Ihre Fotos auf Wikimedia Commons und gefiel besonders einer von ihnen sehr viel, daher würden wir gerne wissen, wenn Sie uns erlauben könnten, um Ihre Fotos, kostenlos, um an diesem Projekt zu veröffentlichen, wohl wissend, dass die Verwendung der Broschüre wird kostenlos sein Verteilung an alle.

I work in Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, that is a Public Organism in Portugal. Actually, we are working on a road book of Biodiversity of Lisbon, for which we are going to produce a panel and a brochure. We found your photos on Wikimedia Commons and liked specially one of them very much, so we would like to know if you could allow us to use your photos, for free, to publish on this project, knowing that the brochure of will be for free distribution to everyone.
