You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Now the file is on Commons you can use it at any legit wikipedia, as it is I only edit here and on the English 'pedia. You can also copy the file anywhere you like (just attribute it to me for the license). If you'd like to leave a description of the flag here I'll put it in the description of the flag. Re: Serbia and Montenegro UN map

 Done. You can find more historical UN maps here (Internet Archive, the UN Cartographic Section webpage has no option to show historical maps, that's horrible!) and convert it from .pdf to .png using free raster graphics editors as GIMP. Nasao sam sablon za mapu, ali ima jedan problem. Koliko ja znam, prvicne rezultate novog popisa ne daju podatke o broju etnickih zajednica u Srbiji, nego samo ukupni broj stanovnistva. Hello. Nije mi uopste tesko da to uradim, ali nije korektno zato sto karta je zbog toga i napravljena - da bi prikazala administrativnu podelju bivse JU. Jedino mogu da joj smenim boju, u sivoj, i to znaci da granica nije drzavna. --MacedonianBoy (talk) 14:52, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Given that it's a fictional flag does it really matter? So the background to the flag, increase contrast relative to what? Incidentally, it's supposed to be gold I think. Pleas also bear in mind that I have no idea what this flag is, where the design came from and what it's going to be used for. As far as I'm aware the last fictional flag I did for you is so far unused. Is this flag going to be the same?
