Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Urheberrecht

Hi,

ich geh mal davon aus, das du Deutsch sprichst. Bei den Neuzugängen habe ich gesehen, das du einige Bilder hochgeladen hast. Der Urheber bist du nun offensichtlich nicht, daher stellt sich die Frage in wie weit du das Urheberrecht zu den Bildern besitzt.

Zur Information, das Urheberrecht erlischt erst 75 Jahre nach dem Tod der Urhebers. Derweilen geht es auf die Erben über. Selbst der Erwerb eines Originals führt nicht automatisch zum Erwerb des Urheberrechts (Vervielfältigungsrecht), sondern erfolgt separat.

hi, danke für die info. ich bin herausgeberin des buchs über den künstler und deshalb ist das kein problem. muss ich das noch irgendwie verifizieren? ich bin leider nicht ganz so bewandert... ? danke dir für die hilfe!

Ein verifizieren wäre sehr sinnvoll, damit später alles nachvollziehbar bleibt. Dafür gibt es permissions-de@wikimedia.org sowie allgemeine Informationen unter de:Wikipedia:Support-Team. Denen reicht meist eine authentische E-Mailadresse ala autor@verlag-xy.de zur Identitätsnachweis.

Allerdings muss ich beim Urheberrecht/Vervielfältigungsrecht noch einmal nachhaken, soll heißen, du hast alle Rechte uneingeschränkt oder evtl. nur speziell für dein Buch über die Personen? Für die Bereitstellung unter Commons/Wikipedia sind die uneingeschränkten Rechte erforderlich, da unsere Inhalte von jedem genutzt und weiterverbreitet werden sollen (ggf. unter Einhaltung der Open-Source-Lizenz).

BTW: Bei besagtem Buch handelt es sich soweit ich das sehe um Hermann Euler und Daisy Campi: Abseits vom Chiemsee

danke für die schnelle antwort. ich denke, dass ich die uneingeschränkten rechte habe, aber ich schicke ein mail an das support team. kann ich noch was fragen? ich würde gerne einen artikel über besagten maler hermann euler verfassen, es gibt aber schon einen zahnarzt desselben namens - was musss ich beachten, bzw wie kann ich die seite anfangen? danke sehr!

sorry, die frage nach dem doppelten namen habe ich geklärt......

(Dein Zwischenruf kam während ich am schreiben war, ich lass die Antwort trotzdem unverändert) Für mehrere Beiträge unter zu einem Titel fügt man eine Ergänzung in Klammern hinzu also etwa Herman Euler (Maler) ins Suchfeld eingeben. Irgendwo gibt es einen roten Link mit dem sich ein neuer Artikel anlegen lässt. Wenn das angelegt ist, sag bescheid bei User talk:Biezl und ich erledige dann den Rest (de:WP:BKL). Da Wikisyntax schwer ist können angemeldete Benutzer eine Arbeitsversion im Benutzerbereich anzulegen. Also etwa de:Benutzer:Gimit/Herman Euler (Maler). Sofern du unter Commons eingeloggt bist, sollte beim durchführen einer Bearbeitung in de.Wikipedia dort automatisch ein Konto eingerichtet werden.

Wenn das alles geklappt hat kannst du mich auf meiner Diskussionsseite besuchen, dann klär ich dich bei Bedarf über Open-Source-Lizenzen auf.

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
