Szia! A fényképet a családi archívumban találtam, 2013-ban töltöttem fel. A fotó hátlapján nincs jelölve, hogy ki készítette, mint örököst (tulajdonost) jeleztem a feltöltésnél. --Jávori István (talk) 11:43, 30 March 2020 (UTC)

Képek feltöltése

Szia István!

Köszönöm, hogy segítesz Nyárizápornak a képek feltöltésében. Nekem sajnos mostanában kevés időm van wikizni, és valószínűleg jövő hónaptól még kevesebb lesz, így max. az olyan jellegű gyors beavatkozásokra lesz időm, mint ennél a képnél. Javítottam a fenti kép leírólapját. Feltételezem, hogy feltöléshez ezt az oldalt használtad. Javaslom, hogy inkább a feltöltésvarázslót használd. Tudom, első ránézésre bonyolultnak tűnik a felület, de csak első ránézésre az, ugyanakkor a formai hibázások lehetősége sokkal kisebb. Többek között ott romlott el a leírólap megjelenítése, hogy lemaradt egy kapcsos zárójel, és emiatt nem jelent meg rendesen pl. a licenc. A tartalmi dolog pedig, hogy én már az összes képet felöltöttem, amihez a 2021081810006041 számú ticket alatt küldött engedélyt Tulok András: sok képhez küldött engedélyt, de nem az összeshez egyetlen levélben, hanem levelenként 10-15 képhez adott hozzájárulást (még hat levél, azaz ticket vár feldolgozásra), emiatt a többi fotónak más lesz majd ticket száma. Vagyis az újonnan feltöltött képekhez ne másold be ezt a 2021081810006041 számú engedélyt, hanem tedd rájuk az {{OTRS pending}} sablont, és majd egy OTRS-kezelő ráteszi a helyes ticketszámot, amikor feldolgozza az engedélyt. Könnyen lehet, hogy én leszek az, nyilván ésszerűbb is, mert ismerem az előzményeket már, csak a feltöltögetésre meg a kategorizálással való molyolásra nincs már annyi időm, hogy egyszerre elvégezzem őket. A feltöltésvarázslóban az is jó egyébként, hogy egyszerre több képet is fel tudsz vele tölteni. A {{OTRS pending}} sablont is el tudod helyezni feltöltéskor, nem kell utólag külön-külön: majd amikor odaérsz, ahol meg kell adni a kép nevét, leírását stb., látsz egy olyan linket, hogy Helyszín és további adatok megadása, és ha arra rákattintasz, megjelenik egy További információk feliratú rubrika. Na oda kell bemásolni. Több kép felöltése esetén látni fogsz egy olyan lehetőséget, hogy az első képnél megadott leírást, kategóriát stb. átmásolja a lentebb lévő képekhez is. Ezt is érdemes használni, mert akkor nem kell mindenhova egyenként neked bemásolni. Ha egyébként nagyon nem boldogulsz a Commons-felülettel, akkor töltsd nyugodtan a képeket a huwikire, ha az jobban megy, aztán majd legfeljebb áttöltögetem én őket alkalomadtán a Commonsba. Annyi előnye van, hogy ott legalább a többi OTRS-kezelő is egyszerűbben megtalálja őket. Összegezve az eddigieket: Nyárizápor majd jelzi nekem, ha egy-egy kép fel lett töltve, aztán max. megkeresem melyik levélben adott engedélyt hozzá Tulok András, én meg ráteszem a megfelelő számú OTRS-sablont (ha más jogosult előttem nem teszi meg ezt). Rózsavölgyi Gyöngyi képek

Szia! Neked is írom, hogy az OTRS-be majdnem 100 Rózsavölgyi email érkezett az elmúlt hónapokban, amik feldolozhatatlanok, mert a levelek egyike sem tartalmazza a felküldött képek neveit, viszont tartalmaz több száz megabyte csatolt képet, amit viszont az OTRS agentek nem fognak felküldeni. Mivel az engedélyekben szereplő képeknek láthatóan más a nevük, mint azoknak, amiket esetleg valaki felküldött így nem tudom az engedélyszámokat a képekhez rendelni.

Annyit tudok például tenni, hogy mindegyikre írok egy „beazonosíthatatlan feltöltés” emailt és annak a Subject (téma) sorában benne lesz az azonosító, de mivel az erdeetiben nem volt senki CCben így ezt is csak Rózsavölgyi Gyöngyi fogja megkapni. Más ötletem nincs, mert azt nem tudom megcsinálni, hogy valaki levelét átküldöm valaki másnak.

Nem ajánlom fel, csak lehetséges út az, hogy valaki küld egy felküldött képnév – csatolt képnév listát, és akkor van valamiféle esély arra, hogy szép lassan lefogyjon a sor, mert akkor rá lehet keresni a képekre. A tötölt képnév sem akadály, adminként én azokat is látom. --grin ✎ 17:39, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
