File renaming requests

Please read Commons:File_renaming#Which_files_should_not_be_renamed? "Files should NOT be renamed only because the new name looks a bit better."

Some of your recent requests (like the following listed below) were fulfilled for now, but further such requests may be declined per the cited policy.

Let me second that. The repeated request for renaming File:Escudo del Club Banfield.svg is not justified, as there exists the redirect es:Club Banfield in Spanish Wikipedia, in other word the filename can not be erroneous. For some other requests you have been lucky, that there has been other reasons for renaming, but in no case it was the reason “error in filename”! — Speravir – 17:40, 20 January 2017 (UTC)

@Luis camilo álvarez vega: I see that after it has been told to you, you continue your behaviour, requesting renaming File:Cruz Azul AC logo.svg to File:Escudo del Cruz Azul AC.svg.[4] Only translating file names of such individual files with high use in multiple projects it's not something really useful. It does not look very constructive what you are doing, ignoring rulles and complaints. Please stop doing such requests, or you will support the consequences. --XXN, 17:10, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

Solicitudes de Renombrado de Archivos

Hola, suponiendo que hablas español, quisiera pedirte que te abstengas de realizar solicitudes de renombrado sin primero verificar que encajen con las políticas de renombrado de archivos. Este archivo es utilizado en muchas páginas de los proyectos Wikimedia y un traslado causaría muchos problemas, por lo que se debe consensuar primero; aquí el nombre es correcto, yo no veo ningún "error obvio" o que el nombre sea ambiguo o difícil de entender; por último aquí no puedes solicitar el renombrado de archivos con plantillas rojas de borrado o de derechos de autor.

Pido que reconsideres tus solicitudes, has sido bloqueado anteriormente por esta razón y repetir este comportamiento podría causarte un bloqueo mayor. Gracias por la comprensión. Saludos. —Alvaro Molina (✉ - ✔) 21:51, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
