You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. Scuola Italiana di Senologia

Fondata nel 1984 da Umberto Veronesi per contribuire a migliorare il livello di qualità delle diagnosi e delle cure dei tumori della mammella. La Scuola opera da allora in diversi settori: formazione, informazione ed educazione sanitaria, editoria scientifica. Filo conduttore di questi oltre trent’anni di attività è stato il presupposto etico e morale che vuole che ogni persona abbia il diritto di tutelare sempre al massimo la propria salute e che lo possa fare grazie a una Medicina efficace, giusta, basata sull’evidenza scientifica e fruibile da tutti indipendentemente dalla condizione sociale e dal luogo di residenza.
Obiettivi
edit- Diffondere capillarmente e far crescere ulteriormente in Italia la cultura senologica grazie alla programmazione di attività didattico-formative in grado di favorire il tempestivo trasferimento dei risultati della ricerca alla pratica clinica quotidiana.
- Far in modo che tutte le strutture sanitarie che si occupano di senologia, anche quelle che si trovano nelle aree più arretrate e isolate del Paese, siano al passo con i traguardi della scienza offrendone i benefici nel modo più veloce, efficace e omogeneo possibile a tutte le donne.
- Promuovere azioni e iniziative di informazione e sensibilizzazione della popolazione femminile sull’importanza fondamentale che un corretto stile di vita ha per la prevenzione del tumore al seno, sull’importanza della diagnosi precoce e sulle nuove possibilità di cura.
- Organizzare e sostenere tutte le azioni di lobby positiva nei confronti delle Istituzioni Sanitarie (Ministero della Salute, Assessorati Regionali, ecc.) per l’ottenimento di sempre maggiori tutele per le donne con carcinoma mammario.
- Svolgere opera educativa nei confronti delle ragazze e ragazzi delle scuole secondarie possano davvero progettare il proprio futuro senza cancro.
- Incentivare la nascita delle Unità di Senologia come modelli assistenziali e organizzativi innovativi, integrati e interdisciplinari, dove un team di specialisti in chirurgia, chirurgia plastica, radiologia, oncologia, radioterapia, anatomia patologica, medicina nucleare, fisiatria e psicologia, operi per dare alle donne la possibilità di togliersi la malattia, non solo dal corpo, ma anche dalla mente. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Malerba77 (talk • contribs) 11:50, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
