Thank you for the message Leitoxx. These vintage advertisements for Inca Kola are in the public domain under Peruvian copyright law (as long as they were published prior to 1976). I've tried adding the licensing tag directly to some of my recent uploads, but the upload wizard consistently crashes (where should I notify this?). Nonetheless, I've found a way around the problem by first tagging the images as having unknown copyright status and thereafter applying the licensing tag & improved description. Razón inválida para mover imagen

Hola. Veo que rara vez respondes los mensajes que te dejan (lo que no habla muy bien de tí), pero de todas formas quiero pedirte que no muevas imágenes innecesariamente, como el cambio de nombre que le hiciste a File:Iglesia - Convento San Francisco, Valparaiso..jpg. Diste la razón del criterio 2, que se emplea cuando el título original no tiene ningún significado. Claramente éste no era el caso. Por favor, te pido que no sigas "messing up stuff". Criterion #6 did not apply to these requests, and neither did any other criterion However, that does not necessarily mean that renaming these road signs was something wrong, because the criteria are only recommendations – if (and only if) there is consensus for naming road signs a certain way exceptions can be made. As far as i understand via google translator tool, "Zeichen" means sign & each road code has a different meaning (like, Zeichen 293 means pedestrian crossing). Meaning & description should be in the description area, As long as the title describe itself; I'm not going to put a descriptive name instead of a short beautiful name without valid reasons. BTW, They definitely not fall under criterion#5 because there were no error in the title, but the sake of argument, they hardy fall under criterion #3. @9oo: , puedes ayudar en aportarnos más imágenes, para embellecer este proyecto. Toda imagen que no tenga derechos de copyright es bienvenida en commons. Aunque si no quieres subir imágenes, puedes hacer un mantenimiento en ellas, como por ejemplo categorizando las imágenes, pidiendo un cambio de nombre cuando se necesite. Las he marcado con la plantilla {{Image permission}}, porque las imágenes que has subido, necesita un permiso especial, que los miembros de OTRS los dan. 9oo, no logro comprender tu inquietud, dado que no logras expresarte bien. Pero trataré de explicar algunas cosas, que las he sacado de tus contribuciones en wikipedia:

1º: Se desaconseja mandar bienvenidas de forma masiva a usuarios que ni siquiera conocen Wikipedia.

2º: Haces cambios incoherentes, no conoces bien el uso de mayúsculas y minúsculas.[3]

3º: A los usuarios que les da la bienvenida les pones:«Y si tienes alguna duda no dudes en preguntar... »[4]Está bien de tu parte poner eso, pero si te preguntan:¿Qué es el código wiki?,¿Cómo sé que artículo es considerado promocional?,¿Por qué me añadiste la plantilla de infraesbozo?, ¿Por qué consideras que mi artículo no tiene relevancia?,¿Cuáles son las palabras mágicas?...crees estar preparada para ello?

4º: No substituyes las plantillas.

Ahora bien, me dices que hacías estos cambios para convertirte en administradora. Mnn, no, lo siento, pero tu punto de vista de ver las cosas está muy, pero muy errado. Yo con más de 11500 contribuciones en Wikipedia no estoy apto para recibir tal permiso, por lo que, una usuaria con 125 acciones, tampoco lo es. En Wikipedia, para poder postularte, debes tener más de 8000 ediciones, lo cual tu no la tenías. Mi intención no es desanimarte ni nada por el estilo, sólo intento ayudarte, es más, hasta me gusta que me preguntes cosas, porque así vas adquiriendo mayor conocimiento y a mí, no se me olvida lo he aprendido con el pasar del tiempo. 9oo, el cargo de administrador es un cargo bastante pesado, y no se parece a el de reversor o verificador. Para ser administrador hay que llevar años en las ediciones, saber bien cuando identificar un vandalismo, saber responder a usuarios, tener un amplio conocimiento de las cosas, no tener polémicas con otros usuarios, no haber adquirido cuentas títeres para modificar y/o apuntarse a un Wikiproyecto, es un cargo muy hermoso, pero que a la vez, requiere de un amplio conocimiento.

En tu segundo punto te voy a hacer una aclaración: si puedes darles la bienvenidas a usuarios, pero estos usuarios deben tener por lo menos 2 días de antiguedad y/o haber editado por lo menos unas 10 páginas. Una vez teniendo estos puntos, podemos darles la bienvenida. En mi lugar, muy pocas veces les he dado la bienvenida a usuarios, ya que nunca me paso por el registro de cuentas nuevas, a excepción de que veo a un usuario que hace muy buenas ediciones y necesita adquirir un nuevo y sofisticado conocimiento. Leitoxx, me siento muy apenado por la situación pero como puedes ver, la usuaria NebrazkaBIEBER ha estado de manera insistente reencarnándose en varios usuarios pero cuyo patrones de edición (que te comentaré luego) te han convertido en víctima de ciberacoso de parte de esta usuaria que ha saturado tu página de discusión a través de sus dos títeres. Please do re-add it as several languages are missing, such as Arabic, Vietnamese, Danish, and others, where these translations will surely come in handy. It may be advisable in future that you approach people before taking such actions because the translations may be needed for a specific purpose that you may not see. En User:Russavia/Flickr-letter había desmarcado la traducción, ya que poseía bastantes traducciones al 100%, pero, tras el hilo anterior, lo reincorporé, ya que el usuario me mencionó que querría que tuviera más idiomas, ya que faltaban algunos importantes idiomas en la traducción.

En Commons:Administrators, lo había marcado para traducción, dado que habían traducciones defectuosas y no completas, es el caso de el Español, que , teniendo tiempo, me encaminaré a traducirla en su totalidad.

En Category:Commons help la había marcado para traducción, pero, me dí cuenta que con la plantilla {{PD-US-no notice/lang}} no era necesario traducirla.

En Commons:User access levels, desconozco el cambio que se hizo, pues, igual se puede traducir.

En 124631238, el error ya ha sido subsanado.

Non-admin closures

Hi there. I recently closed the deletion discussion over at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Edgar no mires 012.JPG, since the file was deleted before the end of the discussion. You reverted my closure with the reasoning that I am not an administrator. Two points:

• Common sense. The file has already been deleted, making the discussion unnecessary and ready for closure. Reverting it does nothing other than leaving the re-closure of the discussion to someone else.
• Non-admins can close deletion discussions, per our own deletion policy, assuming the closure is not controversial.
