editHello, I am, despitethe doubts, Nick Egan the music Video Director
- That's great! As I said, if you can just send an email to the folks at the OTRS with proof that'd work out nicely (just drop a note on this page when you've sent it so I can prod the folks running the OTRS queue). After all, we don't know who it actually is behind the keyboard - it could be Kerry Katona for all we know. Tabercil (talk) 01:43, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
- This user should not have been referred to permission-commons; This is A) the wrong queue (rather use info-en or courtesy) and B) we have a backlog of about 45 days and his email sat there the whole time --DieBuche (talk) 01:20, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- Unblocked by OTRS--DieBuche (talk) 17:30, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi, even though you may be the designer, you do not own the copyright of The Clash and other bands' album art or promotional material. These appear to be copyrighted by CBS. Furthermore, it's unclear you were the photographer of said works. Some even had a photobucket logo of them. Thus, I have deleted them. Rocket000 (talk) 14:18, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

File:BDylan Collage.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
